- MIMark IrvinOct 29, 20252.0The hotel is exactly as some other reviews, old needs updating, in an industrial area, mostly workers staying there, sitting right on I66 so very noisy. The carpets in the room are old and need replaced, places on wall "separating" that needs repair. The furniture is possibly 15 years or more old. Yes the TV is a 20 yr old Vizio, 32". The room was clean so that's a plus since it's old and the bathroom was very clean as well. The front desk staff was friendly at check in. The beds are very comfortable and great pillows that's the only reason for the 2 stars. And last but definitely not least, I tried to turn on Foxnews this morning and it was passcode blocked by someone, how rude! I asked the front desk person but he was clueless, very nice but clueless. Is this a Holiday inn policy or the local hotel policy?? I will NEVER stay at a Holiday inn property again just due to this BS move! I'm a gold Hilton member and at last minute had to book and this was the only decent hotel available but never again. Shame on Holiday Inns or whoever chose to due this political BS, that person should be immediately fired!!
- CCConsumer101Oct 28, 20252.0Room is dated and unkept. The door to the room and the bathroom were literally coming apart at the bottom as if there had been a flood or something. The bathroom door kept malfunctioning and the maintenance wasn't there ,of course it's not expected at the late hour of the incident, to fix it so they wanted us to swap rooms at midnight. No really feasible with small babies already asleep. The manager called and let us know that the restaurant breakfast was going to be complementary due to the issues but upon validating this offer it was just for $20 and our bill was still $45. The food was not good and was cold when we received the eggs. I never would have eaten at that restaurant if I had been told in advance that it was only for $20. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but the hotel needs many updates and repairs to be up to par.

There’s a coffee machine in my room and a refrigerator which is very nice. The front desk is extremely friendly. A gentleman named Meyer works there overnight. I had a small issue, in which he quickly took care of quickly with a smile. So nice at 5 o’clock in the morning. He also gave me some information about when things opened at the hotel which I thought was very nice. Everything seems to open at 6 AM which for me as an early bird is fantastic. I highly recommend this conveniently located hotel.
