  Best water pressure I've ever felt in a hotel. Very clean and great staff. Firm bed without causing pain and plenty of parking. Definitely my go to hotel in the area. Only comment is my fridge doesn't work.

  Our son’s wedding was held at the Hilton Garden Inn and Magnolia Banquet Hall in Manassas, Virginia. Overall, it proved to be a very good venue, and the wedding events were managed smoothly and professionally. The staff at both the Magnolia Banquet Hall and the Hilton Garden Inn were courteous, attentive, and readily available throughout the two-day celebration, contributing significantly to the smooth execution of the events. The food prepared by the Magnolia chef merits particular mention. The quality and variety of the cuisine were excellent, and many of our guests expressed their appreciation for the overall dining experience. We were pleased with our choice of venue and would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn and Magnolia Banquet Hall for hosting similar events.

  Outstanding Stay at Hilton Garden Inn Manassas - Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Manassas, VA, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance that immediately made me feel welcome. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff here truly sets this property apart. Every team member I encountered was genuinely courteous and eager to help. Whether I had a question at the front desk, needed assistance with amenities, or simply passed someone in the hallway, everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their attentiveness and hospitality made my stay feel truly special. Spotless, High-Quality Accommodations: My room was immaculate - clearly well-maintained with excellent attention to detail. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the quality of the furnishings and amenities exceeded my expectations. Everything was in perfect working order, the bedding was comfortable, and I could tell the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. Delicious Dining Options: The food was a pleasant surprise! Both breakfast and dinner were superb - fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The variety offered something for everyone, and the quality rivaled many standalone restaurants. Starting each day with such a satisfying breakfast made my entire trip more enjoyable. Well-Maintained Facilities: The pool area and common spaces were pristine and inviting. It's clear the hotel maintains high standards throughout the entire property, not just in the guest rooms. Perfect Location: The hotel's location right off I-66 is incredibly convenient for travelers. Easy access to the highway made getting around the area simple, yet the hotel itself felt peaceful and removed from traffic noise. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Manassas to anyone visiting the area. It's the complete package - great location, wonderful staff, excellent facilities, and outstanding value. Five stars well deserved!

  I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The front desk staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. They made check-in and check-out seamless and were always willing to assist with any questions. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job—my room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The only area that could use some improvement is breakfast. While it was decent, I think there’s room to make it better and offer more variety. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with excellent service, and I would definitely stay here again.

  I had a reservation for this location through the Hilton website, not a 3rd party. They call me as I am across the street at the restaurant telling me there was an issue with my room and that it wasn't available anymore, so basically they gave it away. The women said they had been trying to get ahold of me, but I had no missed calls, no voicemails or emails trying to reach out to me. The women kept asking me if I wanted to cancel my reservation, literally multiple times. I ask if she could help me find a room somewhere else as I was traveling for work and always try to stay with Hilton. She offered no assistance and she couldn't help me. Then I received a cancelation email from Hilton stating "Late Cancelation" and that I could be charged late cancelation policy fees. Which now makes me furious, they gave my room away and now threatening to charge me cancelation fees. Now I realize why she kept asking me if i wanted to cancel my reservation, so she could put the blame on me and not them for giving my room away. Classy! Now no one will answer their phone. Super convenient!!! Do not trust this location!!!!!
