  I had a reservation for this location through the Hilton website, not a 3rd party. They call me as I am across the street at the restaurant telling me there was an issue with my room and that it wasn't available anymore, so basically they gave it away. The women said they had been trying to get ahold of me, but I had no missed calls, no voicemails or emails trying to reach out to me. The women kept asking me if I wanted to cancel my reservation, literally multiple times. I ask if she could help me find a room somewhere else as I was traveling for work and always try to stay with Hilton. She offered no assistance and she couldn't help me. Then I received a cancelation email from Hilton stating "Late Cancelation" and that I could be charged late cancelation policy fees. Which now makes me furious, they gave my room away and now threatening to charge me cancelation fees. Now I realize why she kept asking me if i wanted to cancel my reservation, so she could put the blame on me and not them for giving my room away. Classy! Now no one will answer their phone. Super convenient!!! Do not trust this location!!!!!

  the rooms are nice , spacious and clean ... but if you would like a place where you can hear every little thing through the walls this is THE place , and if you'd like to get NO rest after traveling most definitely spend your money and stay here. Also included with your stay will be non stop stomping /running / screaming and the literal ability to hear everyones conversations for hours on end way into the night with the added bonus of no one doing a thing about it. so save yourself , if you're looking for a calm peaceful place to lay your head , DON'T stay here .

  On my most recent stay at this hotel I was placed in the room directly across from the swimming pool. A group of 6 to 10 girls, who looked to be 8-12 years old, came down to the pool and it was a complete scream fest. I was waiting on food to be delivered in the lobby and could clearly hear the screaming from there. I asked the clerk to please say something to them as it is disturbing across the hall. Her response was. That she couldn't because the pool was open till 10:00 pm. I told her I completely understood the pool's open but there was a need for peace regardless, and she turned and walked into the office with nothing else said. As I went back to my room I poked my head into the pool area and nicely asked the girls to keep it down that they were disturbing others, and they did without question. I just don't feel like it is the responsibility of a guest to have to handle the job of the person running the establishment.
