    I have been a hilton honors member for years. I only ask for nonfeathered pillows since i am Very allergic. they were unable to accommodate this request. That in itself was distressing. But the unprofessionalism from the "manager in training" was uncalled for... i received an apology by text, and was told they wanted to make it right, when i contacted the GM- i was informed that i threatened her employee! WOW that is far from the truth. i think there needs to be some customer service training at this hilton. The staff did NOT live up to the Hilton name. saddened and dissatisfied.
