Polite staff, extremely clean property and rooms, and comfortably quiet. Will return as I have multiple times before. I look forward to staying at this property especially when I travel to the DMV area.

They said that the room was not clean and the power kept cutting out, resulting in intermittent AC and TV etc. Hotel was full, so they were unable to move rooms. They spoke to a manager and got his card. When I followed up by email I did not get a response. I understand that there may be an occasional issue with a room, but, the manner this was handled with was poor.

There was also a disgusting spill like moldy melted ice cream in the top of the fridge, and a random bowl of eaten food leftovers in the bottom of the fridge. The staff was very friendly and helpful . We did not have a reservation and was treated like royalty. The room was very clean. The bed was amazing, so very soft and comfortable, felt like sleeping on a cloud, the best nights sleep i have ever had in a hotel! The room smelled heavenly. All the amenities anyone could want. We had a coffee maker, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, garbage disposal and clean like new linens. The walk in closet was huge had a ironing board and iron and safe for valuables. There was a desk and chair for anyone needing to work. Plenty of usb connections in the lamps for charging phones, laptops, etc. . The Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash and soap was a very nice touch the same as we use at home. The mountain view from my first floor window was amazing. The cost was a exceptional deal. We paid alot more for less the night before in Staunton at a different hotel. I will be staying at Candlewood Suites Manassas by IHG again! I cannot recommend staying here highly enough. Thank you for a very very wonderful stay.
