Originally booked a 1 night stay due to work meetings in the area. I checked in and had some food delivered from a chain in the area. Next morning woke up with food poisoning and reached out to front desk for a late checkout and asked if they could deliver some medicine from their little store and some water as I didnt feel comfortable that I could make that trip. They brought me a ginger ale and water and unfortunately didn't have any medication that I needed. I had Doordash deliver meds but a few hours before late checkout I still was in a sad state. I called back to the desk and asked if I could extend my stay another day and they immediately did that. Later they once again delivered drinks my room. 14 hours into this I feel a little improvement. THANK YOU to all the staff here for their compassion and making a bad situation a little easier to tolerate.

Holiday Inn was a home away from home until recently. The cleanliness has become an issue. Everytime we have checked in lately, rooms have been dirty, belongings are in rooms from previous guests. We bring this up and the Manager Chyna has been extremely Condescending, rather discourteous, ill mannered, impolite. Inappropriate behavior as we were passing by kitchen with yelling, you could hear her and another lady yelling and using profanity against employees and something about ordering sodas. We are going to start reevaluating our uocoming visits and look into other accommodations . Management seems to be failing. There have only been 2 employees that we always look forward to seeing They are absolutely wonderful and immaculate service. Lachele and Amy should be recognized for their excellence.

This is by far the nastiest hotel I've stayed at and the employees are rude There was an African American lady sitting in the office when she came out she was rude and her attire wardrobe inappropriate. I'm not sure what kind of hotel that is but it seems like she was dressed to go to a club Skin right attire. She came over in the breakfast section with a host that talking about another employee. Bad mouthing her. Our family and friends over heard the same conversation bashing employees and made our family feel uncomfortable with the conversation and the skin tight dress and knee high boots

Great stopover, clean rooms, great water pressure for showers and a decent breakfast to get the day going. Staff was helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again the next time we are in the area.

The rooms are a bit outdated, but clean, the breakfast was awful, got boiled eggs with some turkey sausage, brought it to my room, boiled egg had a hair wrapped around it 🤢 and the sausage was dry and overcooked. I didn't eat it. Though I did appreciate all the individually wrapped fruit and bread items. Coming from Wards road is confusing as there are 3 turn in options, not the hotels fault. The young lady working the front desk that evening was spectacular! She was pleasant, helpful, helped me open my bottle of wine 😊 Elevator is slooooow... Overall really decent stay, except for breakfast 😑
