  Location is great. That’s really about it. Rooms were clean. The trip started with us trying to check in for 30 minutes and just being ignored by reception. I complained and nothing really happened. I got to my room and the tv was disconnected. The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable. Fire alarm went off because of burnt toast early in the morning. We walked down 4 flights for staff to say we could go back to our rooms, 3 minutes later they came to all the rooms and kicked us out. It was insane. Had to get quarters for the washer/dryer but they couldn’t break a $20 and I was short 1 quarter and they wouldn’t either give me a quarter or just charge my room a $1. He told me to go across the street to 7/11. It was just overall an unpleasant experience and we come to Lexington often, I will never come back to this hotel.

  I stayed at Tru by Hilton Lexington, Virginia January 24th - January 27th, 2026 for business, not only is the hotel clean, well kept, has excellent amenities including a delicious breakfast, it was the employees that make this hotel a five star for me hands down. I stayed during the snow and ice storm and my vehicle wouldn't start due to the ice and extremely cold temperatures and Sherry Clarke had everyone there at the hotel helping me every way they could. They all went above and beyond, even in terrible weather to help me get everything done that I needed to do. So I would like to thank: Sherry, Ryan, Michelle ( the manager), Ken and Julio for your exemplary excellence in hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.

  I am not impressed at all. Upon arrival last night I stood at the lobby counter trying to check in for 45 minutes. Called the motel, and the front desk phone never rang. And the only person I could speak to I couldn’t understand. Found the person supposed to be at the front desk sleeping in a corner of the lobby. Get to my room and none of the lights are working, well the one in the entry way and bathroom did but nothing else. How can you allow your employees to sleep like that ? After a long day like I had yesterday that was the last thing I wanted to deal with. Won’t come back

  Room was exceptionally clean and staff was equally as friendly. Would happily stay again.

  Great place, clean quiet. Service staff is wonderful. The Tesla Superchargers is very convenient. Stopped to charge and stayed the night now we will continue to explore the area. Keep up the good work. Thank you 😀
