This was my first time staying at a Spark hotel, I’m a big Hampton Inn traveler. It was great! The price was excellent. The room was just as nice as the higher brands – they maintain that deluxe Hilton quality! The bed was comfortable and clean. The hallway was a little dorm like and The room is slightly “barer” than other brands, but not bad. They still use the contemporary design palette. The breakfast options are slimmer than others as well. The folks at the front desk were great.

First-time-stay at a "Spark." We've stayed at Home 2 as well as Tru, as well as most all of the Hilton brands. (Been Hilton Honors member for couple decades.) Found this property via Google Maps, as midway stop on two-day drive - figured WTH, let's try the "new" one. Clean, quiet (on side away from I-64), well-maintained. Staff was very friendly too. "Bagel-breakfast"...was OK, but they did have Jimmy Dean sandwiches and bowls in a cooler - for sale - if you wanted something a bit more...substantial (and hot). Was an easy-off at US11, and an immediate left to the property. The only negative is the lack of nearby eateries - so we stopped at the exit prior for vittles.

too far from town, it is convenient to 81 but that is it. Seems employees do not care to look professional at all, none in uniforms. Room needed to be vacuumed, stains on cover (do these get changed a lot?) Walls are thin, you can hear guests near you. Bathroom.......ceilings are molded from (I guess) leaks.... yikes! I thought this hotel was recently remodeled, I didn't want to believe some of the reviews that I have seen and wanted to give it a chance. As a Hilton member, I will stick to Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn like I always have.

The location off of 81 was great and the gentleman named Alex I believe was amazing and helpful. First time staying at a spark and the price was great. However, the hotel felt very cheap. Felt like they did the minimum when it came to breakfast. The sheets felt a bit damp and I had to wait for my room to be finished. I honestly expected more coming from a Hilton. Great staff, everything else was terrible and I can't believe they would set their standards so low for a Hilton. Holiday Inn could do better.

Rooms were fine. Everything was clean and no bugs on the mattress. Room had a tub that was clean. Hotel isn’t fancy but it’s clean and quiet. If you’re looking forward to breakfast here… don’t. It’s seriously nothing. Four dry cereals in a tube, hard boiled eggs that were gone (an hour and a half before breakfast was supposed to end) some muffins and a few bagels and a weird yogurt set up. Looks like someone just went to the seven eleven snack aisle and grabbed an armful of wrapped stuff. We went down the road to Cracker Barrel. Don’t get me wrong, we were not expecting bacon and eggs but this was vending machine food. Anyway for the price it was a reasonable stay.
