  Quite a nice hotel. The pool was welcoming for the grandkids. Rooms were spacious and clean.

  This was the worst best western plus I have ever stayed at. We were booked for Valentine’s Day night after a day in Lexington. The rooms, the staff, and the atmosphere were all questionable at best. We had a rather traumatic night. Around 10 PM we heard loud pounding on multiple doors in our hallway and a man yelling. We tried calling the front desk from the room phone but it was disconnected. When we got through to the front desk person, Jason Jarvis to tell him what was going on, he laughed at us and said that “some of his coworkers were pulling a prank”. This went on until about 2 in the morning. My husband and I were legitimately frightened, and I can only imaging how other guests with small children were feeling. After a restless night of barely any sleep, I tried using the hot water in our sink which apparently was unavailable. It never got hot. We ventured downstairs to find the complementary breakfast, which was a decent hike from the man sector of the hotel and was also mediocre at best. The drab beige rooms were more of what you’d expect From a motel 6 or a super 8 and did not compare with the other BW+ locations we’ve stayed at. We selected a pet friendly king room with a couch, however there was no couch to be found. We have been dedicated best western guests (platinum members), stayed at over 20 locations across the country from California to New York, and this was by far THE WORST BW experience we have ever had. I plan to call corporate today to report the incredibly unfunny “prank” that the employees at this hotel pulled on its own guests.

  We just checked in to this Plus Best Western. What does the best mean. Our room smells like baby throw up, the desk guy sprayed it because he smelled the same. Who ever clean this room did a bad job and she certainly had to smell it.You turn the shower and before you can get in, the water is 2 inches deep. I turned it off because I thought the drain was closed. Then the same thing with the sink. The water filled up right away. They didn't clean under the sink because there is stuff under there. We stay only at Best Western everywhere we go and this is the worst one. This is a large city, you would think they would do a better job. This is no plus hotel.

  Absolutely terrible. Not one to be picky about hotels, but when a certain critter is seen… If you are feeling lonely and want to share a bed, have no fear! This is the spot for you! Bed bugs are included with the price of your stay. There are farrrrrrr better spots to stay at that are in the same o price range without the extra company. 10/10 do NOT recommend. 🐜🦟🪳🪲🐞🐛🕷️

  Room was clean and comfortable and beds were great! The bathroom lock didn't work and the tub didn't drain well. I feel like the place could use a facelift. My one big complaint is the indoor pool. It smelled like there was a gas leak and the front desk said they just put in a new heating system and the excess gas was "burning off." Seemed weird though.
