    Had to change rooms after first night. Walls paper thin. Guy next to us talked loudly all night. TV blaring. Got different room no problem. Staff great. Another adjoining room! Same thing. I guess no one sleeps anymore. Light from adjoining room comes through bottom of door. Impossible to close curtain on window fully. A positive-room clean.. Bright light shines in all night. Breakfast so so. Eggs burnt both days. Yogurt machine empty. Coffee was good. Sad looking bread. A little stale.

    Unprofessional management. Hung up on me to avoid answering my questions about a potential stay. I am glad he did that however, because now that I've seen the reputation of roaches and poor service in these other reviews, we will definitely be finding a place much cleaner, and more properly-managed, as opposed to risking taking home bugs and filth in our luggage.

    My husband and I had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to assist us at the front desk to check in. The guest rooms are very shabby and dated. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping on the bedding wondering if it was truly clean. Breakfast is a nightmare. We were awake early and headed to the breakfast area to find very limited offerings. The bread was stale and eggs clearly not fresh eggs. Don't recommend this Best Western.
