Extremely pissed off bc I cannot cancel my 3 night stay! Edited* found YouTube video of how to reprogram the thermostat unit, now I have ac down to 64 all the time without it shutting off.

She put me on the 1st floor given my small children and that was helpful. Breakfast had multiple options for my kids. Room was clean and comfortable I would stay here again
