I was driving back home from Montreal. It was getting late and need to stop for the night. I went on the app and booked my room. When I arrived, I see people standing outside and pitch dark. The front desk lady told me they had lost power due to the storm and couldn’t talk reservation at the time. Very friendly and sweet. Told me she would have to wait till the power was on and she would cancel my reservation for me. Told her thank you and left. I found another hotel when the sweet lady called me back. She told me her boss could check me in from her house if I still wanted me room. Told her I was sorry, I already found another hotel miles down the road. She told me no problem and that her manager would cancel the room. That right there is amazing customer service. I never gave her my number, but she remembered my name and looked up my number to call me to offer to be able to check me in. I felt bad that I had to leave, but that was great customer service!!! I would definitely go back to this hotel for that reason right there!! Thank you!

Due to the thermostat I will never stay there again.
They have the new wall digital thermostats and have anything lower than 70 locked out, you can't even turn the fan to constant on to drown out the noise. Worst yet is they have the occupancy sensor set to where if it doesn't see movement for 15 minutes after 9pm the ac shuts off. So you go to sleep and an hour later you wake up sweating.
Also the water pressure was so low I don't see how a female could rinse their hair.
If you're paying for a room then you deserve to be comfortable, this reminded me of being deployed overseas.

My room 330 was heavily perfumed and caused me to sneeze and have allergic reactions.
Room was otherwise clean but will not be coming back.
