Monica & Shasta in housekeeping are so helpful and really do a great job. I would recommend this Holiday Inn and will be staying here again when returning to the area.

This place was clean and I mean clean! In fact it smelled good. The staff was so friendly and kind, even checking in super late at night. They have a little snack bar when you check in if you need to buy snacks or drinks. They also have a pool. The rooms were super nice, beds and pillows very comfortable, shower and bathroom so clean. Free breakfast was also fantastic. All so much more than you’d expect. Thanks for making our stay wonderful! :)

The roll-up shade was broken , would not go up plus it had big holes in it. We have stayed in a lot of HIE this was by far the worse. Customer service rep was friendly tho.

A couple of people stood out to my wife and me during our recent visit, although we've been here many times before. I want to recognize a couple of people specifically: First is Skyler, the receptionist at the front desk—a very nice young man. Next is Holly, also at the front desk; she was very nice to us during checkout. In the breakfast area, Frida and Melissa (wonderful ladies) had everything prepared perfectly. This really stood out, as they clearly take pride in their work. The Holiday Inn is lucky to have such a wonderful staff, and our room met our expectations.
