Pros: decent size room, adequate kitchenette with essential supplies and large refrigerator, good fitness center, complimentary coffee, free laundry, free parking, easy access to the Dulles toll road, very friendly staff. Cons: AC unit was loud and left a bad smell in the room, wifi was slow at times, office chair was very uncomfortable, toilet clogged easily, room was a bit dark, and hotel overall is a bit worn. I usually stay in higher end hotels, but considering the length of my stay, I didn't want to pay $250 a night. This hotel isn't luxurious, but it's a good value.

If you need clean dishes during your stay at your hotel and don’t want to HAVE to wash all of them before use do not stay at this hotel. If you like a cold room but don’t want all of your items to be damp when you return don’t stay at this hotel. If you like spending money at a hotel and not receiving a continental breakfast like normal hotels do not stay at this hotel. I get kicked off of the WiFi pretty much every time I open an app. All of my dishes had crusty stuff left on them and one even had what looked like mold in it and the dishwasher has hair and debris left in it. If I leave the air conditioner on when I leave I come back to my bed and clothes feeling damp like you took them out of the dryer early. You would think as much as the hotel charges you’d receive a breakfast of at least a bagel or some cereal but you get nothing but free coffee out of what I assume is a dirty pot. This is a motel charging hotel prices.
