We booked the same room type, assuming the layout and comfort level would be similar, but the room we received this time felt and looked noticeably smaller and less ergonomic. The furniture arrangement didn’t fit the space well, making the room feel cramped. The biggest issue was the bathroom layout—specifically, the toilet seat being placed extremely close to the vanity. It was uncomfortable to use and didn’t seem like it would meet typical building or accessibility standards. I took a picture of my husband who is average height and weight sitting on the toilet (of course he is not using it, lol) to show the closeness. Overall, I was disappointed. I had expected consistency across suites in the same category, but the difference between stays was surprising.

We stayed here for a bit over two weeks, and we checked out today… we’re already home, and I genuinely miss this place 🥺🩵 I travel a lot — I spend half my life in hotels — and this stay was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. The rooms were amazing: cozy, clean, peaceful, modern, and just incredibly comfortable to live in, not just sleep in. It truly felt like our own little space 🏡 Everything about it was so thoughtfully designed. The room itself was spotless — seriously, everything was perfectly clean! ✨🧼 The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was new, fresh, and sparkling clean 🚿✨ and the TV was modern and easy to use 👌 And the kitchen… oh my god, the kitchen was AMAZING. Modern, convenient, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need while traveling 🍳🔥 We used it the whole time — it made our stay so easy and cozy. It’s rare to have a kitchen this good in a hotel room, and we appreciated it every single day. Hot water was always there (yes, ALWAYS 🙌🔥), and the Wi-Fi worked PERFECTLY the entire time — which, trust me, is a rarity 😁 But above all — the staff! 🩵🤩 EVERY SINGLE PERSON was so thoughtful, warm, kind, and real. You can feel the difference when people genuinely care — and they do 🩵 Every interaction was pleasant, every need was handled without stress, and we felt welcomed the entire time 🌿🤍 It’s rare for a hotel to feel like home, especially on a longer stay. But this one truly did. And the fact that I miss it already says everything 💛🤗 Thank you to everyone there — you made these two weeks feel easy, safe, and warm 🙏😊 You guys really are the best 🙌💛
