  We stayed here for a sporting event my daughter attended in the area. It wasn’t a bad hotel. Clean. Staff friendly. We never got a chance to use the pool area. The rooms are nice. Beds comfortable. The hotel over all could use a little updating. Nothing huge but some paint jobs would help. The only reason I gave a three star was the breakfast. It was horrible. No fruit. Everything was coated in pepper. The waffles were heavy and doughy. I even tried to cook it longer. The bread stale. This was definitely a con. Would I stay again? Yes. Would I go across the street to Cracker Barrel? Yes! Easy access to highway and JMU.

  If I could give a rating higher than five stars, I would. The level of attention to detail and accommodating my needs is unparalleled. Being from the hospitality industry, I’ve never seen this level of such excellent service. The rooms are always great & the beds are amazing.. When I call to check in, they know exactly who I am and what I need ahead of time. I’m a frequent guest and the experience is always the same. A huge shout out to Micheal and Victor that always take care of me. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

  Rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast and front desk workers where nice but the Manager was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Manager complained about the breakfast for our group saying he "didn't order enough for YALL". He accused our group of WORKERS of selling drugs in the parking lot which was a complete lie Manager is clearly prejudice towards minorities. I would not stay here is you wanna be treated with respect.

  ITS WORTH IT!!! In today's time it is so hard to find PHENOMENAL customer service! Victor went above and beyond! Michael is the general manager who is on sight and ready to make your experience one to remember, and Melinda is the regional manager who also makes sure business moves beyond smoothly!!! From their front desk, to astounding rooms, to the beautiful indoor pool; this location makes perfect for hardworking people who need a nice retreat from the everyday world! All wrapped in one beautiful establishment! I can't say enough good things about this hotel! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR! BOOK, BOOK, BOOK!

  We needed a hotel asap and the general manager Michael Dull was so helpful and nice on the phone helping us book a room. When we arrived we checked in with Michael and he was so kind and respectful. He was very helpful during our stay as well as the rest of the staff. Hotel and rooms were very clean. The shower felt amazing and the hot water was great. Pool water was warm and perfect kids enjoyed it! Breakfast was great and they had a great variety of food, biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, juice, fruit, cereal etc. We will definitely come back here next time we are in Virginia!!! Thank you to Michael and his wonderful staff. It was a great stay overall!!! 11/10 😊
