Unable to provide a receipt upon checkout due to printers issues. No breakfast attendant, one person at desk seemed otherwise occupied.

The room was clean and a nice selection at breakfast. Close to Buc-cess and James Madison University as well as shopping and dining. Speedy check-out.
- MMMimseyNov 4, 20251.0Was just there ... BOOK A DIFFERENT HOTEL!!!!!!!! Be careful when checking out. I asked for a receipt and said it would be emailed to me. And they were EXTREMELY rude. Let's just say it was definitely NOT .... When I was done driving the 8 hours back home I checked my credit card statement and they double charged me. Now I know why he did not want to hand me a paper receipt.The room was somewhat clean. Not the worst I have seen but definitely not close to the best. The ceiling in the bathroom is chipping and just gross looking. Stained carpet, bedding and furniture. I said something nicely about the cleanliness and I was basically yelled at by the manager Michael. NOT COOL!!! Again STAY AWAY!!! I only wish I could give it zero stars.. I NEVER hid anything. I was told there would be a 50 pet fee and not 50 per pet. And if the 2 dog thing was real why would you not mention that at check out???? Again SHADY!!! You proved my point!!! Funny how you went back in my credit card and charged me again!! Days after I was physically there. By the way that is totally illegal. Maybe you were upset that my rate was low because I used points? And they were most DEFINITELY rude. I said something about the cleanliness and Michael basically jumped down my throat.And if the "system was down why did I never receive a receipt from Victor after he said he sent it ???? There are a lot of reviews like mine... So we ALL must be lying , right??? Horrible, Horrible customer service. Beyond shady practices!!! And don't worry I will be letting everyone of my friends and followers know not to frequent any properties owned by Mr. Patel if this is how he treats his "guests" people should stay away.
