It was not. The shower was broken the shower head fell off and almost hit me. It was rigged up with a twist tie. The mattress was prob from 1960 by the way it felt. I feel bad for anyone with a disability or older folks that will prob get screwed if they try to stay here.

The rooms are nice. Beds comfortable. The hotel over all could use a little updating. Nothing huge but some paint jobs would help. The only reason I gave a three star was the breakfast. It was horrible. No fruit. Everything was coated in pepper. The waffles were heavy and doughy. I even tried to cook it longer. The bread stale. This was definitely a con. Would I stay again? Yes. Would I go across the street to Cracker Barrel? Yes! Easy access to highway and JMU.

Being from the hospitality industry, I’ve never seen this level of such excellent service. The rooms are always great & the beds are amazing.. When I call to check in, they know exactly who I am and what I need ahead of time. I’m a frequent guest and the experience is always the same. A huge shout out to Micheal and Victor that always take care of me. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.
