Ruth at the front desk made sure we were stocked with cookies, and Michelle (7th floor housekeeper) went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and checked in with us every time she saw us, plus she left us a sweet note! Highly recommend this location!

I am great at customer service but he was very personable, accommodating, and had a professional manner that makes my Wife and I want to return. Yes, the hotel is dated but the views are spectacular, smelt great with all the Christmas decor, and it was very clean!!!

Attanyo and Ruth at the front desk were absolutely outstanding – Friendly, Professional, and always ready to help. It's clear Richard and the management team have this place headed in a stellar direction! The food was excellent – the salmon and shrimp scampi were exceptional, and the specialty cocktails paired perfectly with the beautiful waterfront atmosphere. Chef Dana tries to give each customer special attention, when feasible and she is an absolute delight to engage with! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. I'm already looking forward to coming back!
- JSJarrett ShrewsburyOct 27, 20252.0As most of the Tapestry properties this is an old building, you always have to consider that when booking these Tapestry properties. That being said the elevators are very very slow and feel like they were installed 50+ years ago. The rooms are nice with their floor to ceiling windows but the finishes are really dated, a proper coat of paint would go a long way with this place and not have it feeling like a polished motel 6. I unfortunately my room also had a bathroom sink that would overflow and not drain, a door that had a seam where you could see the striker which feels like a safety issue. Staff are super friendly and incredibly helpful, this property just feels like it was removed by the lowest bidder and corners were still cut. Some paint and proper caulking could fix a lot of how run down this hotel feels.
