    I feel the need to leave a review for the staff, which I rarely do. While here for business, the staff was most friendly and accommodating. Attonayo at the front desk really went out of his way to accommodate me with another room after the one I was originally in had some plumbing issues with the shower. While maintenance was fast at trying to fix the problem, Attonayo saw that I needed another room due to my business schedule and events.

    Hotel was perfect for quick overnight trip to the Hampton area. Anttoneo at the front desk was amazing and gave us great recommendations and directions for both dinner and coffee options as well as making sure we were all set with keys for parking purposes (we’re digital key folks). Every staff member we interacted with was super friendly and checked to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Would definitely stay again.

    Good Evening, I just wanted to leave a STELLAR review for the front desk staff that helped out the weekend of Feb 6th-8th. My daughter was married that weekend and almost all of our guests stayed at the hotel. We had a wonderful time and although we were checking out on the 8th, quite a few of us extended our stay until the 9th so we could watch the Super Bowl Locally and we decided to do that at YOUR hotel mostly in part to the great customer service we received. Attonayo Branch answered all our questions, was incredibly friendly and helpful We spent the evening at the bar drinking and one of our guest left a very expensive coat. He went out of his way THE NEXT DAY to find me in the lobby so that he could return the coat to me knowing that it belonged to someone in our group. That's honesty and integrity that you don't find at all hotels. Ruth, Lamonica and Jennifer also crossed paths with us and they too were exceptionally helpful and had the patience of a saint as our kids frequented the snack and soda area and charged to our room. I just cannot say enough good things about Attonayo and the team for making our hectic, chaotic wedding weekend feel a little more peaceful and relaxed. I appreciate them! and you should too as their employer. :)

The room was spacious, well-appointed, and featured stunning views of the marina — a perfect backdrop for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. The modern amenities, comfortable bedding, and thoughtful touches around the room made it feel like a true home away from home. Free Wi-Fi and the digital key feature added convenience at every turn. We loved the location — right on the waterfront with easy access to local attractions, scenic walks, and great dining options. Being so close to Hampton University, the Virginia Air & Space Center, and just minutes from the beach made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. Dining on site was a treat with diverse options and beautiful views, and the fitness facilities were well kept for those who like to stay active while traveling. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations. The combination of fantastic service, prime location, comfortable accommodations, and relaxing waterfront atmosphere makes this a must-stay destination in Hampton. Highly recommend!

    Second time staying. First visit I had my infant and we had to deal with the loud music near the pool. Should've been advised of this prior to accepting the room. It would've been an inconvenience to change rooms at 9pm after getting settled and cleaning everything. Second visit, before unpacking, I took a UV light to the room an found a suspicious fluid deposit on the side of the bed. I alerted staff and a kind lady came to bleach and hot water the area. Hoping this was brought to the cleaning staff to clean the pleather area around the beds regularly. I wish hotels would replace bathroom doors with actual doors. Odors should stay in the bathroom and not permeate the entire room. Shower fixtures were trash. Staff was kind and personable. Scent diffuser in lobby smelled great. Issues were resolved quickly by staff. Thank you.
