I arrived at 4:30 PM and was told I had to wait about 30 minutes for a room to become available. There were several other guests waiting in the lobby as well. Check-in time had already passed, so this was frustrating and inconvenient. I believe some type of credit or adjustment should have been offered for the delay.
When I finally got to the room, the issues continued. There were no large bath towels in the bathroom, only smaller ones. The beds didn’t have proper comforters.. just a very thin quilt. I was freezing all night and extremely uncomfortable.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expected much better.

The room wasn’t terrible, but from a stay of 9 nights, my room got attended to by housekeeping once. I made the front desk aware of this when I requested new towels on day 5, and no change was made. Never had a do not disturb sign on my door and I was out of my room for work by latest 8:15 am every day.
The hotel restaurant was very overpriced for mediocre-at-best food.
The thermostat in my room didn’t fully work. The “on” setting for the fan would not keep the fan running, and stayed acting like it was in auto.
For a $160+ a night (after taxes) hotel in a competitive area, very disappointed. I’m a diamond member due to the amount of travel I do for work, and may start trying to move into Marriott hotels as I generally have much better experiences with them.

I have visited this place twice in the last week for business travel. As a hilton diamond member, I hope to experience a decent stay. On 2/6/26 I had pre-checked into for a 3 pm arrival. I got to hotel around 415 and my room still wasn't ready. After about 45 a room was ready but wasn't the one I selected. The hot tub on site was down as well. In fact no one rooms were ready and everyone this day had to wait in lobby. They gave 20k points so it was okay. I came back for business travel on 2/11/26 and spa was still down. Room 112 was ready on time but iron board was broken. Later that night there was a roach in my room that I had to kill. They switched my room but after these 2 subpar experiences I wouldn't recommend especially with a roach problem.

Breakfast is standard buffet and is $15... Absolutely no better quality than what you get at other Garden Inns for free. Ripoff. Also poor and hot tub was inoperable... The lobby is nice but the hallways are thrashed and the rooms are outdated. Room coffee maker has only artificial creamers (no dairy ie half & half). This is subpar.

The Hilton Hotel was interesting. I enjoyed my stay. The beds were very comfortable and the room comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the presentation. Although, the presentation was beautiful...the covers had hair all over, the pillow cases were to small. The drawer would not shut. When I went for breakfast the chairs were stained and tables not been cleaned in awhile for they had stains. The hostess gave us a dirty and wet book with a receipt. I was so disappointed. I hope that the housekeeping staff realizes that there job is of utmost important for the customers and the upkeep of the hotel. I see so much of this where the employees aren't grateful for the opportunity to serve.
