    Mr John Barer was a fantastic cook he made the best omelette and he had very good customer service he ask want the customer wanted and he also listen to how the customer wanted their eggs and he was a very respectful person he did shove the tip jar in your face like other ms Corona

    Our vacation experience was exceptional. The staff provided outstanding service, and the room service was excellent. We particularly appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide selection beyond just coffee. The heated pool, laundry facilities, and a compact game room further enhanced our stay. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy a stay.

    I guess they do not believe in giving shampoo. My bottle was empty upon check in on Monday afternoon. I did not notice until I went wash hair on Wednesday morning. For some reason they skipped cleaning room on Tuesday but I thought no big deal. I did have do not disturb out on Wednesday. Thursday room was partially cleaned. Dirty towel and washcloth left behind, took bathmat but did not leave another and still no shampoo. The conditioner and shower gel bottles were not mounted upon check-in and I guess they see no reason to fix that. Housekeeping also saw no reason to give lid to ice bucket, I had to request one. On the plus side, maintenance is great. My telephone did not work and my mini-frig had no temperature knob, both were fixed or replaced within 10 minutes.

    I don't want this to get buried so I'm going to give a shout out right away to my man Tray W. This gentleman will greet you at the front desk with the utmost respect, attention and care. His professionalism and tone was absolutely perfect. Tray, if you see this, you deserve better my friend. You are a class act. Also, my housekeeper Jhermerlyn was very thorough and left my room sparkling. Thank you to the two of you. Now to the bad... I chose this hotel strictly based on the high reviews..... I wasn't blown away. There were several things I saw and experienced that were disappointing. From laziness or bad attitude of certain front desk staff to the quality of food. Certain aesthetics of the room were broken or left unattended. I won't go into detail because we all have bad or off days but based on the reviews, I was disappointed. If you're going to work in the business of hospitality, check your ego and ethics at the door. Again, Tray, you rock.

    My wife and I just finished our stay here, 2 nights, 12/13 through 12/15, and I dont often leave reviews but our stay here was special. The biggest reason was the incredible customer service from the entire staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. When we arrived there was a huge line for check in, about 40 or more people but the front desk staff made check-in smooth and quickly got everybody through and into their rooms, the food and beverage team was attentive and upbeat, and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job keeping everything spotless while always greeting us with a smile. It felt like every team member cared about making our stay a great experience, and that level of consistency really stood out. It’s rare to find a place where every department delivers such high-quality service, but this location absolutely does. We felt well taken care of the entire time and left with nothing but positive impressions. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay paired with outstanding hospitality. I also want to give a special thank you to John, the food and beverage supervisor, he was awesome!
