    had a wonderful stay at this Hilton hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience!

    Update to response below. I will never use this hotel again and have advised my company to remove it from our list so other employees dont have to deal with them. Especially after i complained to your desk through text and they offer only 1500 points? That is literally nothing! Your hotels cost like 40-50k per night so 1500 was an insult. So far not good. I travel and stay at hiltons weekly and at a lot of embassy suites, but have never been charged parking like here. They have a large parking lot but for some reason want $12 per night to park. When I went to check in my room was not ready (I was ok with that) but I felt like I was bothering them when I asked. Will update this after I get in my room. Update lol First time at a hilton I was never offered any waters. Room was clean atleast. Free happy hour! Well until I went to ask for a drink and they had ran out of liqour after only 1 hour lol. And to top that off the restaurant was closed and I waited at the hotel bar for 15 minutes with no Hi, Hello or even go to hell lol. Had to leave to go get a drink and food elsewhere. As a diamond member who travels weekly this is one of the top 5 worst hotels I have been at for service. Update #2 So the thermostat didnt work right, had it set to 64 cause the room was warm, 3 hours later I return and its even warmer, I ask the desk and they sent the maintenance guy up, he did something and said it would cool down shortly. 2 hours later and its still warm. To top that off almost none of the channels on the TV match what it says it is lol and another 1/3 of them said off air. Worst hotel stay in atleast the last 10 years of me traveling.

    There were a couple issues when I first checked in but the entire staff were rockstars. The front desk staff (one lady named Blessing in particular) fixed a reservation that was unexpectedly canceled on me, had someone come up to spray for a cigarette smell in my room and even offered me to change rooms, and was super responsive to requests or questions. The friendliness of the staff made the stay great.

    Family Members (three generations) here for the Division III, Regional Swim Meet Championship NJAC Meet at tge Aquaplex. This was our first time staying at this property. We will absolutely stay at the Hilton Embassy Suites.on future returns to Hampton. I'd also like to compliment thr Staff for their hospitality and support during our stay. Special shout out to the Front Desk Staff - Ashley - for making us feel welcome and appreciated. Additional shout out to Front office Manager Jeanette Sewall who helped my Granddaughter print out her parking passes for her college visit at William & Mary. She took the time out to help us abs again shows the Hospitality that Hilton properties are known for! Mike Antoniazzi

    Stayed at Embassy Suites Hampton on multiple occasions and consistently had an excellent experience. I want to specifically recognize Blessing at the front desk. I have family members in hospitality management, so I understand the level of professionalism this industry requires. Blessing truly stands out. She is consistently polite, professional, welcoming, and efficient. Every interaction has been handled with warmth and confidence. It’s refreshing to see someone who takes such pride in their role. She represents the hotel exceptionally well. I wish more people in the hospitality industry demonstrated her level of professionalism. Highly recommend this property — and thank you to Blessing for making each stay a positive one.P
