Typical Hilton standards, which is great. I liked the location because it wasn't right in the middle of Short Pump busyness. Service throughout was very good.

Rooms are outdated, especially bathroom. Ok for a night but a little loud if you have to get up early. Thin walls.

I was here for a conference. The staff is excellent. It has a small restaurant and the breakfast is free. I'm a rewards member and they do have a two hour appreciation but that's it. They have a small area for items you might have overlooked. I have stayed in many Hilton Garden Inns and frankly this one needs some work. The rooms are clean. The towels are cheap and lack any comfort. I am not a fan of soap, shampoo and conditioner in bottles mounted in the shower. They get in the way. The chairs were not comfortable. The pillows were small and not what I expect in a Hilton. The room is plain. It is quiet and the climate control is one of the best I have encountered. I would have rated it lower except the staff was very helpful and friendly.

DO NOT STAY HERE! There are bed bugs. Need I say more? I could, but that should be enough. I emailed the management to let them know and have heard nothing back. I would hate for anyone else to experience what we are going through. I wish I would've read the reviews instead of relying on the 4 stars summary. As if bed bugs aren't bad enough, only one elevator is working. The mattress on the pullout couch was so worn that the cover was torn off and the springs were sticking out. They kindly replaced it, however, the replacement was not much better. The staff was friendly, especially the people in dining. The whole place needs a refresh - the carpets look dirty and old. I expected so much more from a Hilton and was very mislead.

I stayed at this location several times. Had issues most of my stays. One time both elevators were broken and I had to climb the stairs 6 floors. One time my reservation was cancelled the second day without a notice. My stuff was still in the room and I got a notification in the app that I checked out. I had to leave work and go back to the hotel, my key was deactivated. They said it was a mistake. One time the window type AC was so loud I couldn’t sleep all night. Talked to the front desk in the morning but they didn’t fix it. Came back at night and it was the same, I went downstairs and talked to the front desk and they said we will fix it tomorrow… well I check out the next day!!
