    Exactly as I expected Hilton to be. But the front desk personnel were a bit less than friendly or welcoming on arrival. The one young lady was not friendly at all at check in. She did not say anything about the restaurant or bar or amenities, never smiled seemed bothered. On check out, no place for room key return and young lady seemed too busy to even look up, maybe more staff needed. We were never given our breakfast voucher at check in. Breakfast was great and main chef extremely pleasant and accommodating. Bathroom needs fans or air freshener provided, as well as better selection of soap.

    I stayed here for my Birthday and I wanted to give a rate of 5 because the size of the room was 5 star, lots of space, king room suite with pull out bed. But the linen was not clean also breakfast was good but you have to pay for it and no it's not free at all. Their pool was very cold, hot tub needed to be checked on more periodically for cleanliness. Overall a 3 star for me.

    Elevator is currently not working and my room is on the 5th floor I have asthma and I feel like I’m going to literally die. When I checked in yesterday it was working and by 9pm it was out of service. Hilton there is no excuse for this. They have a sign in the lobby saying it would be fixed by January 20th or something so clearly this is an ongoing problem. It was not mentioned when I booked because I would have stayed somewhere else. You feel forced to stay in your room because you don’t wanna keep hiking up and down 5 flights of stairs

    I am disappointed with this location. All around kind of dirty. Also, for some reason I had to pay extra for parking AND pay for breakfast??

    Hotel room is big and the bed is comfortable. The front desk team was awesome but the bathroom was dirty. The tub had black and some kind of black grit all over it. I checked in after midnight and was too tired to complain and really shouldn't have to worry about something like this at a Hilton owned property. The sidewalks leading up to the hotel had not been cleared from a recent snow and ice storm had not even been treated and were completely slick. Had to walk on the street and dodge ice patches to get to the hotel lobby safely. I noticed that two other hotels close by had done a much better job at clearing the snow and ice off of their sidewalks and parking areas.
