    The bed was worn out I could feel the springs, the pillows were very flat. Didn't sleep well. The shower doesn't drain and there's no hot water.

    Absolutely THE worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Slamming doors every single hour of the day and night (3 days straight!), dog barking and whining in a nearby room and in the hallway, and members of a youth soccer team yelling and running unaccompanied in the halls until close to midnight. To cap it all off, both guest elevators were down for 4 of the days we stayed resulting in our having to lug all of our luggage (4 pieces) and other bags three flights of stairs. And not a word of apology or offer to credit us any portion of our stay. The local management should be ashamed. We’ll certainly let the c-suite know at Hampton Inn and Suites, as well as at Hilton corporate.

    I want to give a shout out to Willy and his excellent customer service. This was an issue with our booking before Capital One and the hotel that led to an actual reservation to not exist in the hotel system, but still existed in Capital One's system. While that part still needs fixed, when I returned the following morning before leaving to get some further clarity and a printout confirmation of the information the hotel received, Willy was excellent and demonstrated genuine care to help explain the hotel's information, as well as support my information request. The experience the night prior during check-in was not the same level of care and concern as my family of 5 stood there waiting to get to a solution that evening when we needed a room (which turned into two). Again, life happens, but Willy showed up with a smile and care when it mattered. As for the rest of the hotel experience, it was good. The rooms were clean and functional and the breakfast options had more than enough selection.
