    We checked in on Thursday, 2/19/26 and was supposed to check out on 2/21/26, but our room was so dirty and smelly that we left the next morning, 2/20/26. When we arrived, after driving 6 hours, there was dried up coffee on the counter at check in. When I came downstairs the next morning there was a guy at the front desk chatting it up with one of the cleaning women. I told them the dried up coffee was there the night before. Also, when we checked in the girl at the front desk didn’t list the WiFi info, check out times, etc. she just slide the cards to me with the room number on it because she didn’t verbally say what our room was. It was room 424. With regards to the room…it was dirty and had a weird smell. It smelled like a someone had smoked there and just smelled like it wasn’t clean. There was dried up dirt on the chairs where you eat. There was some brown stuff caked on different parts of the wall, and stains on the pullout sofa and mattress. No sheets or comforter for the pull out anywhere in the room. I asked for another room and was told there were no rooms available. So instead of sleeping in our car during the winter, we slept in our clothes, coats and shoes. I spoke to Kate, and she said she would speak to the manager who had the authority to refund the room and get back to me. She even verified my phone number. That was on Friday 2/20/26 when we left. I didn’t get a call back so I called on Sunday 2/22/26, and she said the manager was going to come in later and she would get back to me later that day. I said okay, today is Tuesday 2/24/26, and when I called I was told that she was off for the some days and that we had been off for 4 days. I told them that I talked to her 2 days ago so there was no way she not been there. She was there on 2/20 and I talked to her on 2/22 so they were just giving me the run around. No one has called me back yet. I have photos, but I don’t see a place to upload but when I do I will be doing so.

    This hotel's a total dump - the room reeks, towels are ripped, stained, and gross, and the pans are custed with old food. It's a biohazard in there.

    My stay at Candlewood Suites was great overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved having a kitchenette. The staff was polite and attentive. A couple of small things could be improved, but I’d recommend this hotel and stay again.

    I had a wonderful stay at Candlewood Suites. The suite was very clean, comfortable, and spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient for my needs, and the overall value was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again!

    Infestation, horrible customer service, Ali the manager was rude and did not process my refund. Please do not book here or waste your time.
