    Best Customer Service love the Rewards and it feels like home. Full Breakfast as well.

    Bed was comfortable and room was clean. I booked this room just in case the power went out at home so I could complete some school work. However, the internet went out consistently for 5 hours straight. The tv also had apps to watch Netflix, YouTube, etc. but from desk told me that Comcast hadn’t came out to finish setting up the tv so basic cable was all there was to watch. Additionally the ice machine and snack machine being on the first floor was a major inconvenience. To go all the way downstairs and to the end of the hallway almost all made me say forget the ice & snacks. On the good side front desk customer service was exceptional.

    Stayed one night with 2 small dogs while our house was treated for bugs. BW allowed us an early check-in (10:00 AM) for only a small fee. The hotel is close to shopping (Walmart, Lowes, Target, etc.) and several restaurants, plus had a grassy area behind the pool to walk our dogs. The room was a bit dated - old paint, several areas where the carpet threads were pulled up, but it was clean and the staff friendly. The only questionable thing was that we reserved a room with a kitchen, but there were no dishes, silverware, glassware, pots/pans, etc. We had assumed that those items would be there, but since we didn't have to cook anything while there, we did not check with the front desk. All in all, we would stay there again.

    A lifesaver for families! Kids stay free, plus a sofa bed and free breakfast? The value for our family of four was unbeatable.

    The people here are like family to me! I love them all ❤️ I know many of them by name. A special shout out of love to Kaylee and Bo! I sure have missed you Bo! ❤️ 🙏🏼 David, Sonia, Meet, Rein, Keith to each and EVERYONE(housekeeping too!) thank you for running a top notch operation 👏 I am so VERY impressed with Kaylee. Her customer service skills are over the top! Whatever you need Kaylee's got it covered! She has definitely encouraged me to drink more water. I stay here for mini vacation so I can binge on Hallmark movies, during home repairs, when my back hurts 😫 and I can't climb the stairs. Kaylee and Bo both young people, I'm so encouraged by them taking the bull by the horns and getting the job done. You must stop by to witness Kaylee's decorating skills and she just might have some cookies for you too! Best Western Glen Allen Inn is the BEST!!!! SERIOUSLY FOLKS, they treat you like family here and are pet friendly. You are a priority! YOU MATTER at BW Glen Allen.
