The 24 hour fresh coffee bar should be in every hotel it’s great, but that does take the option of making it in the room 1st thing in the morning. My only complaint is when I stayed the second time I was on 2nd floor and when I tell you you could hear everything right above you , everything from the walking back and forth to dropping something on the floor and it was late probably past 1 am. Lucky I had a fan to drowned out some of the sound. Snack bar and fridge is very update and the lobby is a comfortable place to relax . The rooms are clean and the bed great!

However, they appear to be trying too hard to economize on HVAC and it resulted in wide temperature swings which caused me to wake up multiple times in the night, despite not changing the setting on the thermostat. I don't know if this is a chain wide issue with Avid or just this particular hotel, but next time I would pay more to stay elsewhere.
