  The hotel is clean an new. I would have 5 stars if I had toilet paper an the ac filter were cleaned. It amazes me how somethinh so ez like cleaning ac filtera is so impossible. The unit is working a lot harder causing wear an tear to the unit as well as burning twice the electric an filling the room with poor quality air.

  3 of our family members stayed here for a volleyball tournament in the area. Overall, it was a good choice as it was comfortable and close to the sports complex (about 5 mins). Initially, when we pulled in, we were a little worried as the hotel backs up to a trailer park and it is pretty unsightly. But, once inside, the hotel is clean and nice. Staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was included with the stay, which was great. The selection was minimal, but it was hot food rather than just muffins. We had two minor issues while we stayed. One was that every night it sounded like the room above us was moving furniture around while we were trying to sleep. I guess this really is an issue with another guest, but I don't know what type of insulation they had between floors, but not enough to block noise from above. The second issue was with the exit to the parking lot. There was some incident with a tractor trailer and it blocked the exit from the parking lot to the roads. There is only one entrance/exit, so everyone was stuck in the lot until it got cleaned up. Shout-out to the police who handled the situation. They did a great job keeping folks informed and getting everyone out ASAP. Overall, I would stay there again without a hesitation.

  The rooms were vary clean I thought this hotel was different from the rest cause it’s new - the employees at the front desk’ are rude - the best part of this stay is when I checked out i had left my Whole make up bag n lush bathbombs was new the the box this lady called form the front desk saying you left some stuff like body wash n stuff i was traveling when I got to my next hotel I seen tagt it was gone when I called back they told me that they threw it all away - I was really mad at this - so the manager calls me back n says that her housekeeping a few of the woman had taken my bathbombs home so she tells me she will get a hold of her staff to bring it back - i was missing some stuff out of my bag didnt get it back or even a sorry just REMEMBER WHEN U LEAVE SOMETHING THEY TAKE IT

  Staff was super nice and helpful! Cute room but tiny and no closet. And for being a new hotel, they needed new, not VERY old and thin, towels!! And more than 2 when there are no racks to hang them. Breakfast good. The rooms need soundproofing badly!!! We could hear the people above us!! SO LOUD. They were dragging things across the floor, dropping things, stomping, we could hear their voices and their tv!! It was unbelievable!!

  Excellent hospitality and customer service from front desk staff they are always courteous. This location has a lot of quick serve restaurants & convenience stores close by
