    Jade at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She has been putting up with me since I came. Day after day she has acccomodated my every request. I dont think I have ever received better customer service anywhere. She does everything. I have seen her plunge toilets. Dig through trash for guests who lost valuables only to find out they didnt lose it to begin with. 😳 She is definitely built different. I will be back for sure.

    The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and had shampoo, soap, coffee and tea. The room was dated. There was a full breakfast, but the circuit breaker kept tripping so the staff had to reset. The back grounds of the hotel had a lot of litter. Perhaps an extra trash can would have helped.

    spent Tuesday night at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. From the seamless check-in process to the quality of the room, everything exceeded my expectations. It’s conveniently located and offers a very peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers."

    We stayed one night here on a road trip from GA to Maine. The room was spotless, the AC was cold, the pet fee and the room rate were very reasonable. The breakfast was a very standard included hotel breakfast but enough to get us on the road. My only complaint would be that the pillows on our bed were way overdue to be replaced b/c they were very flat....but a minor quibble that didn't ruin our stay at all. Tip: if you are traveling with a dog, Frida's, a mexican restaurant very nearby, has a nice shaded dog frienldy patio.

    Stayed here after having a bad experience at a motel near Kings Dominion. This hotel really made our trip experience better! We asked for a baby crib and was given for no extra cost. They cleaned and made the beds without even asking which thru us off but we were thankful of it. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The surrounding area feels safe so this will be our go to hotel if we ever plan to come to Kings Dominion again.
