  Stayed here for a basketball tournament because it’s 5 mins away from the Sports Center. Location is great - lots of things close by. Target (EV charging stations there), quick bites (Taco Bell and Arby’s in the same lot). The room met our needs even though it was a minimalist setup. It was clean and spacious. Shower was great - got to temp quick, good water pressure. The beds were okay, not great but doable. The walls are THIN - the guest upstairs stomping around was easily heard. Second night, some guests were having a good time and being loud during the “quiet hours” and it was noisy. Not huge issues, just annoyances. Freddy at the service desk was friendly and helpful. I didn’t have any encounters with anyone else during my stay. Free basic breakfast in the morning: (scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast, etc). The coffee machine was kinda cool where it grinds whole beans instead of using pods or K cups. Would stay here again out of convenience and cleanliness.

  The Avid hotel where is nice and clean. It was just what we were looking for for our travel stop. We had a bad experience with a different hotel and we were particularly appreciative of the hospitality from the front desk staff (thanks Terrance).

  The hotel is clean an new. I would have 5 stars if I had toilet paper an the ac filter were cleaned. It amazes me how somethinh so ez like cleaning ac filtera is so impossible. The unit is working a lot harder causing wear an tear to the unit as well as burning twice the electric an filling the room with poor quality air.

  3 of our family members stayed here for a volleyball tournament in the area. Overall, it was a good choice as it was comfortable and close to the sports complex (about 5 mins). Initially, when we pulled in, we were a little worried as the hotel backs up to a trailer park and it is pretty unsightly. But, once inside, the hotel is clean and nice. Staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was included with the stay, which was great. The selection was minimal, but it was hot food rather than just muffins. We had two minor issues while we stayed. One was that every night it sounded like the room above us was moving furniture around while we were trying to sleep. I guess this really is an issue with another guest, but I don't know what type of insulation they had between floors, but not enough to block noise from above. The second issue was with the exit to the parking lot. There was some incident with a tractor trailer and it blocked the exit from the parking lot to the roads. There is only one entrance/exit, so everyone was stuck in the lot until it got cleaned up. Shout-out to the police who handled the situation. They did a great job keeping folks informed and getting everyone out ASAP. Overall, I would stay there again without a hesitation.
