To whom this may concern, my daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a soccer tournament over the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room and the hotel was. For a 2-star hotel the expectation is lower, especially for a person who has traveled all around the world and have stayed over 1000 nights in a hotel (just a reference on perspective). Even though we were in the room closest to the lobby on a busy soccer weekend, we barely noticed the noise. The bed was comfortable, the HVAC was functional, location was great for the tournament and the price was right. My only hiccup was trying to check-in early as room availability was limited so I had to wait some time at the hotel before my room was ready. I was still able to check in early, just not as early as I would have preferred. Breakfast was not expansive but was suitable with bagels, muffins, and yogurt. Since the breakfast was limited traffic was in and out were also not busy as most people ate quickly and left. The choices were great for grab and grow. I didn't have a chance to interact with the housekeeping staff, but I know the front desk person seems to be responsible for many things to include cleaning up the kitchen after breakfast, checking-in guests and fielding communications (to include app chats). Overall based on the location and the price I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

phenomenal for a 2 star hotel. Might as well be 3 star. Facilities are spotless, and most things look brand new. Also very good rates

$75 pet fee charge. Criminal. Never ever been charged this much. There’s no justification for charging that much money - it’s pure predatory pricing that takes advantage of people. I won’t be staying at any more Hiltons.
