Rooms are super clean, staff is sincere and if something is not perfect they work to make it so. The manager Ronnie really reaches out and checks on everything to make sure it is good. All of the staff can be counted on. The best.

- MFMichael FineDec 5, 20251.0My team and I had an awful experience at the Homewood Suites in Fredericksburg, VA (1040 Hospitality Ln, Fredericksburg, VA 22401) during our most recent stay. Over the course of two weeks there were three separate incidents on the property, two of which required police presence, and two which showed a severe lack of judgment by hotel management. The first two incidents involved a serious case of sexual harassment that was questioned by hotel staff despite the need for police presence, and a lack of action once the predator was identified (they were allowed to remain in the hotel in close proximity to the person they were harassing). The second involved hotel staff barging into the room of another female colleague and accusing them of overstaying their welcome despite them producing their hotel reservation, and proper identification. They were removed from their room and not allowed to return for 3 hours, and their credit card was temporarily charged $3,000. The third involved a colleague’s tires being stolen off his car in the parking lot (one of two cars that day), and a mediocre response from hotel management. This hotel has serious management issues, I strongly recommend you stay away.
