This place is horribly run by the general manager Jamie. I feel terrible for her employees having to deal with her antics on a daily basis. I asked to extend my stay by one night. I spoke with a nice woman at the front desk. She was able to extend the reservation and told me I was good to go and that I was able to stay in the same room. That evening I noticed it wasn’t updated on the Hilton app to reflect the extension. The next morning I went to the front desk and spoke with Jamie who told me she reviewed the notes and saw that her coworker told me she was unable to extend the night because they were sold out. That’s completely untrue. That’s not what happened the day before and in trying to tell her that she was completely rude, dismissive and unapologetic. Jamie called me the wrong name as she’s interrupting me to repeat what she’s already told me twice. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. If it was overbooked, no problem, explain that to me. She instead blamed her employee and made up a lie saying her employee told me one thing when she didn’t. When I asked for the manager she turned around and put her hand out and said she was the general manager. She then told me that I couldn’t contact corporate because they were a franchise. You want to know the funny thing? Not even 5 minutes after that interaction I go on Hilton’s app, and the same exact room type I need is available. And it was available all day long too. After that interaction there was no way I’d spend another dime there. The next morning it was STILL available and I had to ask for towels from my favorite person Jamie at the front desk, who had the same nasty attitude. She reeked of cigarette smoke which was making the whole lobby smell like cigarettes. I could smell the cigarette smoke from the breakfast area. She was even smoking right outside the front entrance of the hotel, which is illegal in Virginia - let alone be professional as a manager.
Now for the hotel itself - great location. Shopping, food everything is really close by.
It’s newer so you’d think it would be nice, we’ve stayed here quite a few times since it’s opened and housekeeping has certainly gone down in the last 2 years.
Bed wasn’t made correctly and wasn’t cleaned properly. Found multiple sticky spots on the table counter and floor that I cleaned up.
The beds also aren’t the comfiest considering it’s newish.
The shower wouldn’t stay closed, so we had to shove a washcloth in the door for it to stay closed.
The walls are also incredibly thin, so the other reviews are spot on.
But overall I’d never stay here again, the owner is doesn’t give out his name or number and it’s probably because he has already had quite a few phone calls about his terrible management. Quite disappointed because we liked that location.

This was the worst nights sleep ever !
Beds are horrible ! They felt like they were 30
Years old !!!
The heater /ac keeps going off and it is either too hot or too cold and constantly too loud !
I tried every setting to try to turn it off!
The pillows sucked !
Someone tried come into the room at like 1:30 am!
I had asked for sofa bed to be made and it was not ! So 5 of us had to cram into 2 beds !
The lady that checked us in was so unpleasant like she hates her job! Maybe she was having a bad day but after reading other reviews I can tell that was her natural disposition!
Won’t be staying at any other Hiltons
This was the second one this trip that sucked !

As a Hilton Honors member, I’ve stayed at many Hilton hotels. Unfortunately, my stay here was the worst. The room to my left had barking dogs. I turned up the TV to drown out the noise until the barking stopped. At that point I attempted to fall asleep, but was kept awake by the crystal clear sounds of the people in the room to my right “having fun.” I went to the front desk to see if they could just switch my room. They agreed to do so, made my new cards, but then told me it would be an extra $90 to switch. I left the next morning with a very poor night of sleep. Overall, this hotel has the thinnest least noise resistant walls I’ve ever encountered. Do not stay here if you actually want to sleep.

Stayed overnight while traveling to visit family. The woman who checked us in was dismissive and unhelpful for the few minutes we had to deal with her, arguing with us about the free bottled water we were supposed to receive at check in. This morning we went down to breakfast at 8:30, a half hour before it closes, and the person ahead of us wiped out all of the hot options available. The woman working the breakfast told us we should have arrived sooner and that there were "plenty of options" available. Those options included 2 hardboiled eggs, a stale bagel and yogurt. Again, just dismissive, impatient, rude service from the only two people we interacted with during this stay. The room was fine for what it was. Definitely not bothering with this place again.
