- MMMark MulliganFeb 10, 20261.0Room was super nice but they gave me a room with a door to a connected adjacent room (separated by a locked door) and I could hear EVERYTHING. Even a phone buzzing and a person yawning. Felt like I had no privacy and got woken up several times. Ridiculous!

Asked the desk clerk and she told us "she's in the back" after we sat at the bar for 15 min. We went back to the bar 1 1/2 hours later and its still not staffed. I asked again and was told "she's on her way, she's stuck in traffic " . The least you can do for customers is BE HONEST. We are not stupid. And if you don't have staff, don't pretend to open the bar/restaurant. So disappointing for a brand we are loyal to.
