Asked the desk clerk and she told us "she's in the back" after we sat at the bar for 15 min. We went back to the bar 1 1/2 hours later and its still not staffed. I asked again and was told "she's on her way, she's stuck in traffic " . The least you can do for customers is BE HONEST. We are not stupid. And if you don't have staff, don't pretend to open the bar/restaurant. So disappointing for a brand we are loyal to.
