- CWChristopher WhiddonJun 17, 20251.0I stayed at this hotel 1 week ago this place went to hell when I came to checkout a Spanish lady approached at the front desk was very rude to me, told me I could not have a late check due to availability, I expressed to her that I am a diamond elite member and I get first dibs. However, I told her I needed to speak with a general manager she said I am the manager I asked her what her name was and she said Cecilia so then I decided to call IHG and report the situation and they told me the manager was so one named Tina or something. This information was untrue and I will no longer be staying at this property, this is horrible customer service.
