  1st time staying at this location was Labor Day weekend 2023. Pros: -I had a single king bed room. The bed was pretty comfortable. -The room was very clean. -The showerhead water flow was great. -The AC unit worked very well (not the quietest but definitely not the loudest I've experienced). The breakfast area was very clean as well as the dining area. Cons: -As an elite IHG member, which the clerk mentioned as she checked me in. I was never offered a free drink/snack. No biggie. -The room was noisy. When the person above my room flushed or showered I could easily hear the water traveling through the pipes. Every time. -That same wall, between the bed and bathroom, had a ticking noise similar to an old water heater heating up. At least the wall separating my room from the next room was more resistant to sound passing through it. -The only day I had an actual wash cloth (the smallest one) was the day I arrived. I started with 3, used 2 then the next teo night had 0. Housekeeping even took my 1 clean unused wash cloth. I walk to the front desk to ask for wash clothes. The clerk told me to go around the corner to check in laundry. That's your job or am I wrong? I walk into the laundry room and startled the guy working back there. No clean wash clothes. I check in the morning when I come down for breakfast, still no wash clothes. At least the this clerk went to the laundry to check. Unlike the first lady to told me to go check. Showering with the medium sized hand towels is not ideal. -The shower gel locked in the shower ran out on night two but was never refilled. -Parking was reduced by trucks with flatbed trailers & service trucks each night. I had to park close the the main street which had remnants of a torn down building structure in the center. Those trucks and trailers should have been parking there not taking up 5-10 regular parking spots. Yes, the service trucks straddled the parking lines taking up a min of 5 spaces. The trucks with trailers straddled the lines taking up 10 spaces. I understand that it was a holiday weekend and the hotel was likely filled to capacity. But how to you not have enough wash clothes for peak times? How do you not manage parking so it's fair for everyone? I'll look at booking a different hotel next time I'm in this area. I'd stay again IF nothing else is available.

  Not what I expected give it a 3 star but clean Rooms didn't have towels very disappointed had to go ask housekeeper for them, hallway smell like smoke cigarettes.

  PROS- clean, comfortable, indoor pool was great, lots of room in a standard room, HVAC with thermostat on the wall, breakfast was great. CONS- First, walls are very thin, we could hear everything that was going on all around us, even outside noise even though we were on the 3rd floor. We could also hear the water running through the pipes in the walls every time the toilet flushed upstairs, it was quite loud. Second, The bathroom sink was very high, to high for my 4 year old to reach. i asked the front desk for a step stool but they don't have any. I had to hold him every time he washed his hands. Third, during breakfast my 4 year old spilled his milk. The attendant didn't offer to help us. I'm not saying she had to clean it, but a rag or a mop would have been nice. She just sat and watched us. This was an ok hotel, the price was ok. I think i would try the country inn up the road next time i was in the area and needed to stop
