- GEG EFeb 10, 20261.0My wife and I reserved a room with a king size bed about 20 minutes before we arrived. When we arrived, there were no rooms with a king size or queen size bed. We got a room with two doubles. There was no offer of or reimbursement given for the mistake. When we got to the room, it looked as if someone had broken the door with a crowbar. Instead the slide lock had been used to keep the door open. It was damaged, and the door was never repaired. The room had an additional door for an adjoining room, and it had been left unlocked. The tub spout leaked copiously when turned on for a shower. The only good thing was the breakfast. I wouldn't stay here again.

The second room had sticky floors in the entry and bathroom. The bathroom was dirty and the bathtub drain was broken. The hotel is very noisy. You can hear everything in the hallways and upper floors. The staff was absolutely wonderful! They are very friendly.
