The staff was very courteous; the front desk and the housekeepers were very friendly. The location in terms of access to stores and restaurants was perfect, however the hotel is next to I-95, and the traffic could be heard all hours of the day and night. The upper floors were under construction, and I was informed that construction would start at 9 AM, however on the first morning, there was consistent banging before 9 AM that prevented my husband and I from sleeping in. My package was purchased through Expedia, but there was no mention of construction or the $7 per night for parking. The room was spacious, however the bathroom was dated and could use some upgrading. There was very poor lighting, a weak exhaust system and inadequate hooks on the door so the towels kept falling to the floor. Shower curtains in 2026 seem archaic and the shower curtain on the curved rod was too small causing huge gaps on each side of the curtain. In addition, the toilet paper holder was awkwardly positioned so you were forced to twist your body to grab the paper. I have stayed in Hilton Garden Inns in different states, however this is the first time, I am unable to leave a positive review.

Renovations are in place, found out when I checked in. Believe the prices should have been adjusted instead of paying full rate. Was very loud even with TV on. Toilet paper was inconveniently placed behind toilet. Ever time we flushed the toilet paper would get wet, and the toilet creaked and had condensation forming off of it.

This hotel charges $7 a night for parking which is absurd. It’s an open lot, not downtown, not near anything. It’s a highway hotel. I’ve never seen such a money grab in my life. The front desk staff said they receive this complaint about the parking every day and the agent said it’s ridiculous and that I need to email the GM to let him know as well. I went through the booking process again and didn’t see anything about parking. With this type of hotel and location, you’d never assume there would be a charge for parking. Think on the side of a highway hotel near a supermarket. Hotel staff couldn’t even point to where the parking fee was mentioned. I have escalated this to the GM to demand a refund. I will be reporting this property to Hilton corporate as well. As a frequent traveler to this town, this is my first and last time I’d ever stay at this hotel thanks to their money grab parking scam.

The accommodations are fine. Standard for anybody that travels a lot. The real issue here is the horrendous job, taking care of the snow and ice in the parking lot on the walkways. I realize this stuff gets subbed out, but someone could get seriously hurt, And for as much money as we pay for hotels, these days, customers deserve clean safe parking accommodations. If there was someway to have known how bad the parking and sidewalk would be, I would have stayed elsewhere.

This is 6our standard Hilton Garden Inn. The restaurant food and bartender are subpar. The beer is $12 for a domestic bottle which is insane. The reviews show a hot tub but there is not, just a small indoor pool. It has a good gym for a hotel. The whole place shows wear and tear but it gets the job done. House keeping did great. Staff besides bartender were great. The location is not really walkable to anything but very close to everything. It keeps you sheltered but still have access to everything you need.
