I booked a reservation at this hotel for a room with two queen beds 10 days prior to arrival. One day prior to arrival I checked in and selected a room. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told the hotel was oversold and there was not a room with two beds available. We had to take a room with one king bed and a pull out sofa. I was traveling with my 81 year old father. I gave him the bed and I suffered a sore back on the pull out sofa. The room was very small with the sofa pulled out. We could not even fit a chair at the desk. This hotel overbooks. Do not trust your reservation. I will certainly not book here again.

I stayed at this property with a guest on February 26–27. As a Hilton team member, I have stayed at many Hilton-brand hotels, and unfortunately this was the worst hotel experience I have had.
Upon arrival, the General Manager, Japesh (as he identified himself), refused to allow me to add a guest to my room after check-in. To my knowledge and experience as a former Front Office Manager, this is not consistent with Hilton policy. When I attempted to explain this, he became disrespectful and verbally confrontational, stating that I had never worked in a hotel and did not know what I was talking about. This interaction was unprofessional and unacceptable.
In addition, I was charged twice for my stay. When I brought this issue to his attention, he did not investigate or attempt to resolve the matter.
I also felt unwelcome from the moment I walked in. I was not greeted, and the overall tone of the interaction made me uncomfortable. While I cannot say with certainty, I felt that I may have been treated differently because of the color of my skin.
The condition of the room was also disappointing. The beds were made incorrectly, the television was outdated and the cable service was not working properly, and the desk chair appeared dirty. Overall, the room was not in acceptable condition and did not meet Hilton standards.
Although I considered checking out and staying elsewhere, it was late and the cost would have been significantly higher, so we stayed and made the best of the situation.
This was my first time staying at this property, and unfortunately it will be my last.

Stayed in October 2025. Garbage in common areas. Made the mistake of staying again in December. Garbage in common areas again. Expensive watch was was taken. Called 4x. The manager Phyllis Preat excused my issue. I told her I would file a police report she said "Do what you have to do". Only person in the room was house keeper Patel. Very upset. Hilton honors member means nothing
