    I will never book here again, I arrive there’s a notice of a ladybug infestation (understandable). I enter my room there’s ladybugs everywhere, I go into the bathroom. The toilet is nasty with stains. I promptly discussed this with the night manager, who tried to justify that the toilet was still clean, despite showing him this picture below. After a minute back-and-forth with him, another customer walks up behind me and then he proceeds to change the room. I feel if the other patron was not present the manager would not have switched the rooms. I am more appalled by the fact that the front desk gentleman (Dipesh) despite being showed the picture with visible stains still tried to justify that the toilet was still clean. I would suggest to anyone that wants to stay here to think carefully.

    Absolute worse service I’ve ever experienced at a Hilton! Would not accommodate my daughter’s disability and refused to tell me his name. Shame on this hotel!

    Very clean room and excellent staff. Very helpful and accommodating. I loved my room. Hampton inn is by far the best all around for me especially traveling with 2 dogs.

    If I could put negative stars, I would. I have always liked Hampton In and often choose to stay there when I travel. But this one in Fredericksburg South in Virginia is apparently run by thieves. I booked a room for my family, and paid for it ahead of time. We were going to a concert and dinner after, so we knew we’d be late getting in. My fiancé called the hotel around 10pm and explained that we were coming, but we’d be late and we were not sure what time it would be when we got there, but assured him we were coming. We would have arrived slightly earlier, but we’d had a family emergency and didn’t arrive until around 2:40 AM. Despite the fact that we had 1. Already paid for the room and 2. Called to say we’d be late and were unsure of time of arrival, someone put us in as a no show and gave our room away. Now, they refuse to give our money back for the room they gave away. I’ve had corporate contact them and Expedia and the hotel refuses to refund my money. We did everything right. Someone there made a mistake and I’m paying for it.
