Called 4x. The manager Phyllis Preat excused my issue. I told her I would file a police report she said "Do what you have to do". Only person in the room was house keeper Patel. Very upset. Hilton honors member means nothing

When we requested more from the front desk, they said housekeeping is closed (5:30pm) and that they couldn’t accommodate. So I guess the four of us will have to draw straws over who gets to shower tonight. Only one elevator works.
