- KPKatherine PerezNov 17, 20251.0I went to this place twice to relax with my boyfriend and both times they gave me the wrong checkout time. The people who came to the door were obnoxiously rude. The first time a white man with glasses was demanding I pay for another night even though I had an email for what time I had to go. The second time a woman came and rolled her eyes she had a horrible attitude. Two black girls who work at the front desk are very helpful and kind I really appreciate them at least. The room was dirty there was a dead bug on the floor the second we came into the kitchen area. Overall not worth the 200$ I spent and you’re better off staying somewhere else, unless this is your last resort I don’t recommend it.

The first floor room was better but had not been cleaned well. The nighttime desk clerk is the only reason I gave it 2 stars. She was great and very understanding.

Do not recommend this for anyone. This place needs to be shut down and deep cleaned before letting anymore paying customers stay. Highly disappointed in management. Do better.

This review is going to be the only one you need to let you know to run far away from this place. After getting my room key and going to second floor, I was greeting by the smell of throw up and mold. I thought the room was decent at first (minus the cabinets basically falling off, the unvaccumed floor, and the dishes being dirty still) because it was a suite, but literally within a few minutes of me being there I killed a roach in the bathroom. I kept finding trash around the room, popcorn kernels in the AC unit, and trash behind the toilet. Minute after minute bugs kept coming from the bathroom and the kitchen. I even opened the drawer to try to find dish soap (to clean the dirty dishes) and there were roaches in the silverware!! It was so disgusting that I checked out a few hours after I checked in because I couldn’t stay at a place like that. I told them I needed my money back and they said someone would contact me that night, and that never happened. Now they’re saying I have to wait until Tuesday for a manager which is RIDICULOUS. GIVE ME MY REFUND CANDLEWOOD SUITES

However do not pay a week in advance. if you leave early I have in writing that I would get a refund and price of days that I didn't stay there. Have been calling and even been back there once. Same runaround. The manager is not here. Beware something is not right here. I will also tell all my business friends. Will never stay here again. No integrity!!!!
