Black mold was growing on the ceiling of the bathroom since there was no operable vent. The lights in the room were all harsh white--softer hues would make for a much more comfortable experience.

We did not know the area and we booked the hotel ahead of time. Never again!!! The hotel is actually not connected to the building you check in it’s a round back. There’s no elevator to get to the second floor. You have to go up steps. My daughter‘s room was all the way around the back of the building. The pool does not look like picture either she was in the second floor with the view of the pool. She did not feel safe walking around back. I’m just glad she was able to find another hotel so far away from home when I was not there with her. I would’ve left negative stars if that was a choice
