The negative experience of our stay (vacation, not TDY) was that the air conditioning system in our Room did not operate properly! During our two night stay, there were times when it was cooler outside of our room, than it was inside! STRONGLY RECOMMEND that Joint Base Myer Henderson Hall Department of Engineering and Housing and the IHG Army Hotels work together to expedite allocating the funding and subsequent installation of newer more efficient air conditioning units in all of the Building 48 rooms. Failure to to do will result in a loss of customers staying at this property. I shared this issue with the property's front desk staff and the IHG Army Hotels Corporate Office prior to posting this comment.
