He helped us out on arrival and made sure I was able to upgrade my room despite me calling every day leading up to the visit with no success. The hotel itself was clean and up to date. Only complaint is that the stove didn't seem to get very hot. Took about 30 mins to boil water.

The IHG staff was very kind & they take great care of every service member/visitor in the building. You can tell that they enjoy what they do & do it with pride. Every staff member I passed by greeted me with a smile on their face. The dietary department handled the breakfast rush so flawlessly during my time there, ensuring that everyone got what they needed. Housekeeping was fantastic, thank you to Ernestine & the rest of the department!

- SHSlayer HYBRAFeb 9, 20261.0This is one of the most horrible hotels I have ever been, is so massive and some elevators don't work, I have to walk like 10 mins or more to get my car because also the parking lot is super full all the time and is hard to find a parking spot. Another thing that I have to say is the Internet is super slow even directly connected to Ethernet is extremely slow I have never seen an internet speed like this since 2010... Is horrendous. Stay away from this hotel as much as posible
