Hopefully the franchise gives out bonus to exceptional staff. The breakfast was so good for a small branch. The only part that hurt was the coffee machines going out. Nothing beats fresh brewed.

Checked in Friday and there was trash piled up in the garbage on the 3rd floor and at the back entrance the cigarette butt holder is over flowing, beer cans laying around on the ground. Came out Saturday morning and it's all still there.
