The General Manager, Matt, went above our expectations to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our time at the hotel and around the VA/DC area. The free breakfast —- aaaamazing! Oh did I mention it was free with our stay? We did not leave hungry. The staff was courteous and responsive to any requests we had during our stay.

Only after I escalated and used terms like fraudulent advertising did Expedia issue a full refund — plus $50 in OneKeyCash “for the inconvenience.” This property does not represent Hilton’s usual standards and is clearly misleading guests with outdated or deceptive photos. Save yourself the frustration and stay elsewhere until major renovations are done.
