Well appointed, extremely comfortable studio suites, great breakfast choices. If you aaive at night, the street level entrance can be hard to spot, lobby is on 2nd floor. Parking deck is not directly connected. Those are the only reasons that I selected 4 for location, it's an otherwise very convenient location.

THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL EXPERIENCE 🤬?!!!!!! We were so excited to check in because the reviews were pretty good, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. We checked in around 6 PM, and as soon as we entered the room, we noticed it was not properly cleaned. There was leftover food in the fridge and, worst of all, a booger with blood on it in the bathroom. This was extremely concerning, especially since we were traveling with an infant. On the third day-when our room was supposed to be cleaned-we were told by housekeeping/front desk that the room was "okay" and didn't need cleaning, which was completely untrue. We even called ahead to make sure housekeeping could clean the room while we were out, and the front desk confirmed we were scheduled for cleaning that day. Instead, no one showed up. We had to go to the front desk ourselves to get clean towels and garbage bags because nobody picked up our trash. We had everything ready for housekeeping, yet nothing was done. honestly don't understand why this place has such great reviews, because our experience was an absolute nightmare. This was unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to be family friendly🤬 P.S we never got a call from manager at the said time

I’m currently staying at this hotel, and the video contains what I was hearing from the room above yesterday. At first, I thought I just had a very noisy person above. But then, I realized I could hear the conversations and laughters (not screaming) of the people next door. Then today, I got my own noise complaint from someone for the first time in my life for supposedly “stomping”. I have no kids that run around, and this was the first time in my life I was called too loud... I’m not even sure if that noise was actually from me or from a person in a nearby room. But if everyone can hear everyone, then the noise complaints should be directed to the hotel and the building, not to the guests? I love the service and attentiveness from the staff and the location, but I can’t recommend the hotel to anyone with this level of noise.

The good: * it's new, it's clean, it's secure. * Location will be an easy 10-minute walk to Metro once the construction site covering the block of the old VT Northern Virginia Center opens up. It's not terrible now, you just have to cross Haycock twice at lights to use the sidewalk. * shower water is hot, and quickly so * Lots of walkable restaurants. * There's definitely enough parking The bad: * you will drive around the block four times wondering which parking to use and where the actual hotel entrance is. On Google it's titled "ABM Medical Office Parking", and the hotel door is at the middle of the Falls Station Blvd side of the building with a tiny colored sign. You need HOTEL PARKING signs, signs from the parking to the lobby entrance, and a sign near the door large enough to be visible to drivers. * The room "master power" switch at the door times out while you're sleeping, so you can't turn the bedside lamp on when you wake up. Hope your phone is within reach and charged! * bathroom lights are on weird touch-sensitive switches. Keep It Simple, Stupid. We're not here to marvel at the design, we're here to be able to find our way in the dark. * water pressure in the shower is pathetic, presumably for efficiency targets * wifi hit or miss, cell coverage somehow zero in the lobby (?) * sound insulation isn't great. You'll want to turn the fan on continuous. The ugly: * the breakfast area appears to have been sequenced by someone who has never eaten breakfast before. Fix it. Plates, then utensils (obvious, not hidden), then food. Bowls before oatmeal, toppings next to oatmeal rather than the other side of the biscuits and sad sausage patties. Waffle mix before waffle maker. * Don't know what kind of off-brand TV channel package this is, but I haven't seen video this grainy since 2007
