    Parking is very inconvenient. What staff they have are friendly and nice. However they only offer bare minimum people to assist. Convenient for places to be able to eat. You can hear people in other rooms such is talking walking TVs and radios. There was construction so we were woken up very early in the morning like 6:00 a.m. their Windows do not keep out noise.

    Major snowstorm and flight was delayed so checked in next morning for a five night stay. They cancelled reservation and charged me a penalty, despite the fact that Hilton provides a waiver for snowstorms. Called customer service 3 times that night and they refused to help. Parking is far and it was closed. Had to drive around building 15 min and found a spot 3 blocks away. Had to drag luggage 3 blocks in storm. Loud noises from floor above all night for duration of stay. Truly subpar.

    Very nice hotel. Big king size bed. Our room had a full size fridge and dishwasher. It had plates, cups, cooking utensils… def a nice play to stay if you are going to be in the area for a while. Check-in was great, the staff was polite and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. They had cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, make your own waffles as well as bagels and assorted muffins. They also had egg, sausage and biscuits to build your own breakfast sandwiches. The location was great. It is a developing area, but it was quiet during the weekend.

    Well appointed, extremely comfortable studio suites, great breakfast choices. If you aaive at night, the street level entrance can be hard to spot, lobby is on 2nd floor. Parking deck is not directly connected. Those are the only reasons that I selected 4 for location, it's an otherwise very convenient location.

    I’m currently staying at this hotel, and the video contains what I was hearing from the room above yesterday. At first, I thought I just had a very noisy person above. But then, I realized I could hear the conversations and laughters (not screaming) of the people next door. Then today, I got my own noise complaint from someone for the first time in my life for supposedly “stomping”. I have no kids that run around, and this was the first time in my life I was called too loud... I’m not even sure if that noise was actually from me or from a person in a nearby room. But if everyone can hear everyone, then the noise complaints should be directed to the hotel and the building, not to the guests? I love the service and attentiveness from the staff and the location, but I can’t recommend the hotel to anyone with this level of noise.
