I had a really good stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and professional. The only downside is a recent change to the parking process that makes the digital key/online check-in far less useful. Guests still have to stop at the front desk to get a parking pass, then walk back to the car to place it on the dashboard. It’s a small thing, but it adds friction—especially if you’re arriving late or traveling with luggage. Unfortunately, because of this added inconvenience, I’ll probably look for other options when traveling to the area for business.

It’s WONDERFUL to be touched by an Angel, and after last night, I feel like I’ve been touched by three. In 48 hours, a day from hell went to being Heaven on Earth. My first encounter at the front desk was with Joshua. He was more like an Angel, not a typical programmed person at the front desk. After being checked in, everything was excellent.
The best customer service I’ve experienced in the hospitality industry. I arrived over four hours from the check in time. It was a rough day and I was so exhausted I felt I could collapse. As I approached the front desk, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming smile. Joshua was intent on making the customer feel welcomed and his sincerity was obvious. He took my luggage to my room and I was so relieved.
The next day as I checked out I was greeted by two lovely ladies, Aylin and Dilya. They were so friendly and helpful. Even though I was feeling much better than the night before, they offered to take my luggage to my car. So Aylin put on her coat and lugged my bag and luggage up the driveway hill to the parking lot. And it was freezing cold.
Thank You to Joshua, Aylin, and Dilya for making my stay there comfortable. You really made a difference. Your hospitality is unparalleled.
