Then the only person managing the place very nice fellow was supposed to credit us back for parking when I went to check out they knew nothing about it so I had to basically argue with the front desk. Still waiting for a refund. A bit disappointed.

Breakfast was fine but the workers were not friendly. Breakfast ends at 10am and it was 9:55. I decided to grabbed a few plastic plates and bowls to bring back upstairs because I had some leftover food for lunch and dinner if I don’t feel like ordering and don’t feel like waiting for housekeeping to bring me plates and bowls. Then this one worker, she decided to come up to me and tell me that we can’t grabe any because there’s none left? When there’s a lot on the other side of the counter. And it was only 5 mins left for breakfast too. And she decided to tell her other co worker about what happened in spanish and they were looking at me like I did something bad. It not that serious. Is this how you treat your guests at the hotel?

The room is spacious, bed comfortable, and lots of entertainment options on the TV. With that said, the breakfast associate, Maria or Stephanie (I believe Maria) is very rude and overbearing. They were out of waffle batter an hour before breakfast is over — instead of refilling it she said she wouldn’t because she needs to clean the containers for tomorrow. She was also watching me like a hawk in the breakfast area. Something needs to be said to her about micromanaging. Overall nice hotel, but I hope the feedback is taken seriously.
