    The room was clean, but the pillow smelled terrible, and I couldn’t sleep comfortably. The breakfast was very disappointing — all the meat product containers were empty, and the coffee pot was empty as well. I had to wait 10 minutes to get coffee. The hot water dispenser was empty, and after 5 minutes they brought only lukewarm water. Also, I had already paid for the breakfast when I made the reservation, but they charged me again. When I called to clarify, they said, “Oh, sorry, it was already paid. We will refund it to your account immediately.” However, I still haven’t received any refund. I will not use this hotel’s services again and will not recommend it to others.

    The room wasn't ever cleaned with a 3 night stay! We chose this hotel since there was a pool for the kids- it was freezing cold!

    Staff at reception don't greet you. They don't smile and make you feel welcome which is what I have come to expect with Hilton. Room was not serviced for three days. We had to ask front desk to get more water, coffee etc. and said they'd have to go to basement to get that. This morning at 8:15 someone walked into our room. I said hello and the door quickly slammed. No mention of housekeeping. Manager needs to review service.

    This hotel is close to shopping, dining, the airport and the service/hospitality is top notch. The property is slightly dated and it is next to an active Fairfax County Police and Fire Station. Sirens were audible throughout the night and they weren’t muffled in the slightest. I thought the sound of the AC unit would drown them out; but it didn’t. Overall it was a decent stay, a nice property and great service.

    Fee for breakfast and promised complimentary coffee did not exist. Rooms are average... lumpy pillows, scratchy bed cover, bland decor, always something buzzing (heat?). I find the sink outside very useful, here it is in bathroom. In order to get to the hotel or leave, there is a traffic light to highway, it took 5 minutes each time for it to change.
