    Extremely concerning health and safety issue. I stayed here on 12/6 and woke up to find a blood stain on my bedding when I pulled the covers back. I was 100% sure that it was not my blood (no wounds, not menstruating). As a nurse, I know how dangerous exposure to someone else’s bodily fluids can be. Management’s response was unacceptable. They tried to claim the blood was “fresh” and implied it came from me, then offered 50% off despite the serious biohazard risk. There was no real concern for my health or accountability for the situation. I have photos to document this. I expected far better from a Hilton property.

    Maryam went above and beyond reserving our very large party and checking them in quickly. The General Manager and Front Office Staff solved any issues promptly. Bed was very comfortable and location perfect for our stay.
