  During my stay at the Hilton, I had the pleasure of being served by Angelica at the restaurant bar, and she truly made my experience exceptional. She was extremely professional, warm, and engaging, with a fantastic personality that made me feel genuinely welcomed. My food and drink orders were taken accurately, delivered promptly, and she checked in at just the right times without ever being intrusive. It was, without question, one of the best service experiences I’ve had at a Hilton in a long time. Angelica is a standout team member and a tremendous asset to the Hilton family, and I wanted to be sure her outstanding service did not go unnoticed.

  My experience staying at this hotel was pleasant. The server, at the bar, the staff in the breakfast area, most specially Alba(server at the breakfast area) and Raul (from the kitchen) both of these employees went beyond their way to help me. I was wanting to eat just crackers and asked if they had any, but they didn’t, and Alba went out of her way to help me look for ways to help me out, and have breakfast first before I leave, and next thing I knew Raul came out and had an unopened pack of graham crackers on his hand to give to me. They didn’t have to do that, it was beyond their control of what the hotel can and have to offer. For me these kind of people are to be recognized for their dedication and kindness for the work that they do. Not everyone is willing to go beyond what they are only hired to do, but they did. It’s worth to be appreciated and recognized, because they are good and kind people and love the work that they do. :-) This Hotel is worth staying at.

  We've stayed at this location several times due to convenience. Each time, staff at check in seemed cold and detached. This stayed, an item was left behind. When contacted the next day, the front desk staff "handling" the situation were terrible, causing multiple callbacks, long holds, and dropped calls. Eventually, I got someone very helpful when I was ready to demand the general manager. I require a handicap room. If other rooms are like these, their rooms are a bit tired. The sofa was unusable as a seat,it was so uncomfortable. The remote for the TV was exasperating, work only occasionally. Fairfax County Highway overpass noise louse when the A/C automatically cuts off in the night. Location is the key to using this property and not much else.

  Our son was having surgery, so we came in from out of state to be with him. The room we thought we booked was supposed to have a shower for easier accessibility. When we got to our room there was a tub. We went to the front desk, explained our situation and asked if another room was available with a shower. Unfortunately, one like we had booked was not. The manager so kind as to upgrade us to a room that would accommodate our son, no extra charge. The room was perfect for our stay. Everyone we came into contact with was so kind. The room was clean, spacious and updated. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back.

  My only complaint, and why this isn't 5 stars, is because of the coffee. First, let me say that not everyone drinks Starbucks, and having to pay for a whole breakfast just to get a cup of regular coffee from the hotel is just plain wrong. The breakfast staff host graciously accommodated me; however, what happened to the complimentary coffee provided in the lobby? Why was this courtesy removed from this particular Hilton hotel? I believe this is a missed mark and should be revisited by the Corporate Office. Maybe I became spoiled, because it was something that I just expected to be there. I was disappointed to say the least. (I also do not like the Kruieg coffee that is in the room). I thought the Hilton brand was the same across the board? Other than that, my stay was quite comfortable. The bartender Zack was SUPER GREAT, professional, and very friendly and welcoming. He made our stay delightful and special. He is also knowledgeable and made the best smoked Old Fashioned cocktails we had ever had. Hilton should definitely be grateful that he chose to work for you. He is Hilton's Fairfax special GEM! I hope you recognize him as a HILTON HONOR EMPLOYEE.
