This extended stay hotel was once much livelier with contracted workers and guests mingling at the 2-grill gazebo at the side of the hotel. Even during winter, there was a lot more outdoor action. Now, workers are more likely to stay inside their rooms, as are the guests, unless pets are being walked. What I’ve seen consistently over the years is a lack of professionalism among some staff members. This has also been observed by long-term guests. The staff is generally nicest to the workers contracted to stay here over an extended period. It’s an irony that returning, loyal, short-term guests are treated less so. Suggestion, staff should keep their voices low when gossiping about guests. All hotels do it, it’s no biggie, but keep it quiet. The overall mood here is one of introversion, but can at times look and feel desolate.

My room is spotless, spacious, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable, with nice kitchen to cook in. Extremely clean hotel with free laundromat and gym available 24 hours. Environment is quiet and friendly. Making my stay truly pleasant and peaceful.

Full fridge for long stays and options to cook and prepare food for a long work week. I enjoyed not having to make change for laundry since it was free. I stay often at Candlewoods and I would say this one ranks high. Could use some renovations in some areas but it was super clean and the staff couldn’t be more friendly.

I liked the kitchen feature so I had the options to cook myself without having to go out. Free laundry room helped saves some coins as well. No breakfast offered but that becomes repetitive after the first few days anyways. I would stay again here or at a Candlewood whenever I travel. Adam and the entire team were always helpful through the length of the stay.
