    I appreciate the service here not only from the front desk but also the nice people who maintain the rooms. I will say the one lady who’s name is Vanessa was a joy to show up to after a long travel and late evening. She was not only professional but she had good humor and also very welcoming. Definitely will stay here again if I’m in the area. Thank you.

    Wonderful location. Staff always friendly, helpful and go above the norms to make sure you are comfortable. I love the fact that I can choose to cook in my room with a full kitchen and not have to rely solely on dining out. The added plus of a free laundry room also saves me time and money. Adam and the entire team were amazing from check in to checkout. I will be staying here if ever I am here again for work.

    Always a great stay. Desk clerk Victor went above and beyond to assist me and I greatly appreciate the top notch customer service! I travel quite a bit and absolutely love when a GM reaches out to ask about my stay and show appreciation for my loyalty to the brand. Rose cares about her hotel, staff and customers.

    I can’t say enough good things about this particular Candlewood Suites staff. We just had a massive polar blast icy snow storm that pretty much trapped every vehicle in place and obliterated the roads for days. Before the storm hit, they made an exception for a homeless friend of mine and his dogs letting them stay at the hotel, which I’m pretty sure saved them from a treacherous situation. They were very friendly and courteous when I was dealing with them to arrange him staying a few days longer due to the conditions. On top of all this, they gave refunds to those whose vehicles got stuck in the parking lot and had to get towed out due to the massive amount of icy snow, which they didn’t have to do. I would like to personally thank the management and the staff for going above and beyond to help out people- and dogs- in need.
