  We were in town for one night. For the price, this hotel was amazing. Room was clean, everything worked. Awesome hot breakfast with many choices. Decent fitness center. Only a few machines but enough to get a work out in. Also looks like it has a nice pool but being February, we didn't partake in that.

  I wassup suppose to stay in this hotel today but I tested positive for flu. I called and spoke to 3 different people who said they would help and they did not. So what I've learned from best western since I literally just a different best western a few days ago and gave them 5 stars cause everything probably the best experience I've had in a hotel. That being a 2 star. They put their profits over guest satisfaction. What a shame. I thought best western really was gonna pull through. #a sick client

  It's a good place to stay in. Not luxurious or extraordinary but it's practical and clean. I stayed for two weeks but had to change my room multiple times. I don't know why, but the front desk makes it sound like they have no availability while more than half the rooms are empty. So they put me in a room where the heating wasn't working, then changed me to another room right in front of the smoking area (the ashtray) and the room smelled like smoke and weed every time someone was outside smoking. So thankfully, Bilal at the front desk was there that day and gave me several room options. He's very kind and hospitable unlike a few others at the front desk. Finally I found a room with heating that works. Another downside is that you'll hear the fountain 24/7. It was drilling my brain day and night. It's completely useless, I hated it so much and wished they'd just switch it off for an hour so I can sleep in peace. They offer breakfast (included in the price), and it has a great variety of food, including eggs, sausage (I loved the turkey sausage), fruits, waffles, oatmeal, different types of bread, spreads, and cold and hot drinks. The rooms were spacious and clean and the cleaning crew are wonderful. The area is safe and close to so many things. Plenty of parking if you have your car and it's included in the price as well. Overall, my experience was positive.

  Special thanks to the Egyptian receptionist, Mr. Reda, for his excellent service, warm welcome, and refined manner, which made me love the place and I will definitely return. And let's not forget their room cleaning service, their quick response, and their excellent customer service.
