  I was initially disappointed because I requested a king size bed, but upon arrival the staff informed me that they were sold out. Surpisingly, the overall experince was great. A nice clean and functional room in a great location. The staff was kind and apologetic. It was a very pleasent stay.

  Rooms are clean, it’s quiet, front desk is responsive. Great value for your money. Edit: Looks like there’s mold(or something) in the air. I’ve had bad upper respiratory infection/allergic reactions (really bad cough, sore throat and red eyes) since I’ve been here. Visited the hospital twice in a span of 3 days only to find out my symptoms are triggered only when I’m under the sheets. Started wearing a face mask and 99% of my symptoms are gone. Took off mask to sleep and cough/wheezing came back immediately. I put the mask back on and it was gone. Whatever is in the air in the rooms/in the sheets is bad news. I have to wear a face mask to bed till I’m out. To management: please inspect your rooms for molds or whatever is causing severe allergic reactions. Consider using duvets instead of using a sheet over a blanket throw. Please ensure your sheets are properly cleaned after every guest stay.

  Thank you Best Western Fairfax for reminding me why I love Best Western! Rooms were exceptionally clean, and well-appointed with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee-maker, iron/ironing board, hairdryer. Everything worked, and was clean and well-maintained. Heat lamp (!!) in bathroom was awesome. Shower looked almost new; even the grout was clean! Water pressure was decent. Room smelled like fresh laundry when I walked in. The carpet, couch/chair, and drapes had all been shampooed/cleaned recently. Only slight downside was only 1 or 2 outlets (easily fixed by a $5 extension cord from Walmart). USB ports on clock radio. The rooms were cleaned & maintained as closely as if it were someone's own home. Half of the rooms overlook a courtyard with a small pool and a fountain, creating a very peaceful atmosphere, a protected space with water and sunshine. The other half of the rooms open to the parking lot for anyone with mobility issues or who wants to park right outside their room. Full hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, fruit, coffee, juice.

  Hours prior to arriving around 10am I found out I had a close death in my family. In which I had to cancel my reservation reached out to the establishment several times prior to & after for @ least 4 days only to be ignored. I was just trying to obtain not necessarily a full refund, but @ least a partial refund. Now since I have a funeral to plan. Finally able to speak to someone today & she was rudeeee as hell & didn’t even seem to really want to help cutting me off while speaking. I’m so overwhelmed & pissed @ the unprofessionalism of this establishment. I will never book with them again ever nor will I recommend

  Actually, the room and overall location are good, and we’ve stayed here multiple times before without any issues. However, this time was very disappointing. My friend, who has a mental health condition and requires a service dog, was suddenly asked to leave by the hotel manager. This is already our third stay here, so this treatment was unexpected and upsetting. I have contacted Best Western HQ, and even they were shocked by how the situation was handled. The service dog was well-behaved, caused no damage, and did not disturb anyone. To be clear, the dog did not poop or urinate in the room, and there was no smell at all because the dog is properly cared for and well-maintained. Because of this experience, we will not be coming back to this hotel.
