  Pool was down, it they were actively fixing. Place was clean and the rooms were larger than expected for the price

  Save yourself the disappointment and find another hotel. Pool is not heated, when showering the water smells like rotting eggs, the breakfast is terrible, the beds are not comfortable they are just as comfortable as sleeping on the floor, let's not forget the people stomping above your room and the hotel doing nothing about it,

  I had a truly pleasant, and honestly unexpected, experience with this hotel, thanks to one exceptional staff member: Kenya. My 86-year-old father accidentally left his CPAP machine behind during our stay. Since we live about two hours away, returning to retrieve it wasn’t an easy option. We called the hotel hoping they could mail it to us. After some back-and-forth, we were able to provide a prepaid FedEx label. However, due to hotel policy, they do not schedule pickups or drop off packages. This left us in a difficult position, as we couldn’t schedule a FedEx pickup without an account. That’s when Kenya stepped in. Without hesitation, and completely on her own time, she took it upon herself to personally bring my father’s medical device to a FedEx drop-off location so it could be shipped out. She didn’t have to do this. It wasn’t required. But she listened, understood the urgency, and responded with genuine compassion. In a world where people often do the bare minimum, Kenya went above and beyond in a way that was deeply human. She heard my concern as a daughter and acted with empathy, care, and initiative. Because of her, my father was able to sleep comfortably again. Experiences like this restore your faith in customer service...and in people. Kenya is outstanding. Truly exceptional. My father and I are incredibly grateful for what she did, and it deserves recognition. Five stars isn’t enough, she exemplifies what superior customer service should look like and is absolutely deserving of acknowledgment and advancement!!!

  What a wonderful space and place. Upon arrival we were greeted by Kenya who was and is an absolute delight. She was kind, efficient, organized and so thoughtful. She brought a smile to our faces after a very long day. When needing to extend our stay she was great at taking care of the arrangements so it was easy. Breakfast the next morning was gold star worthy. Traveling across the country I have had my fair share of complementary breakfasts and the selection was on point. Warm and delicious on a cold day. I did not catch the breakfast addenents name ( found out his name is Martin) he was amazing on that Monday morning. The space was clean and very well kept. The gentleman was very kind and helpful. AMAZING all the way around. We are so grateful and thankful to all the staff and employees here. I wanted to add that Savanna the housekeeper was so thoughtful during our multiple days making sure we always had clean towels and clear space. Keith during maintenance rounds checked in with us making sure the pool was warm enough and that we had plenty of pool towels and safe space to play . So great i left wanting to work here seeing how well run the facility is. Great work.
