- RTRebecca TaylorNov 28, 20251.0We arrive and the system was down. Beds felt like you were sleeping directly on the ground. So hard. Inside pool was FREEZING. Which was are focal point on why we chose this hotel. When the water is as cold as the outside temperature then something is wrong. When asked if they could turn up the heat in pool they declined. First morning we woke up to fire alarm going off, which was pretty scary. Then a pipe busted. So no water for the remainder of the day. We checked out a day early. The staff were cool but everything else was bad. Won’t stay there whenever we visit the Easter Shore again.
